I was a little disappointed with my recent experience purchasing our new car. Throughout the process, I never felt that any effort was made to make me feel valued as a customer or that I was receiving any special consideration. Every request I made was denied, even some that I felt were reasonable. For example, I asked if the CVT fluid could be changed before delivery, and when that was declined, I requested a price quote to have it done. I never received one. I also paid the full asking price for the vehicle, so I was hoping for a bit more flexibility or customer service. Additionally, I did not feel the vehicle was detailed thoroughly before pickup. It appeared that only a quick cleaning had been done. I also noticed that none of the tires had valve stem caps installed. When I asked about this, Jeff's response was that the car was sold "as is." Considering valve stem caps cost only a dollar or two, it seemed unreasonable that such a simple request could not be accommodated. Overall, the experience left me feeling disappointed. I wouldn't say I felt great—or even particularly good—about the purchase experience, which was unfortunate given the significance of buying a vehicle. While everyone was nice enough but they should give the customer one or two small victories. I got absolutely nothing to make me feel like a got a deal or they really tried to please me.

Our sales Joe Sutter was great! He was informative, patient and kind. Joe taught us about the functions and highlights of the vehicle. He helped facilitate our decision on the extended warranty with the pros of having it. It was a pleasure working with him !
