The sales staff is always quick to say hello, are very friendly and welcoming, and make you feel like a friend as soon as you come in the door.
Excellent customer service. Had a problem with my tire and they told me to come in as soon as I could.
Simply the best car buying experience. Highly recommend to buy your next car at this dealership, great customer care, absolutely amazing service, no nonsense,... highly professional and best prices!
First time getting a nissan . Rick was great and went out of his way to help us. The whole experience with nissan was great.
The entire team at colonial Nissan are very friendly they go out of their way to make sure your comfortable and relaxed with no pressure to purchase... something you don’t want. They did everything they could to keep within my budget. Wen I came back to pick up the vehicle with my wife the sales associate spent over 40 minutes explaining how everything in the car operating and made sure she was comfortable with the car before are 65mil drive home. I will definitely be going back wen we are looking for a car for myself. I would definitely recommend stopping in wen you are looking for your next car. 100% satisfied

My son & I purchased a vehicle, 2003 Toyota Camry, from Colonial VW & Subaru in Feasterville-Trevose, PA on November 17, 2015. At the time of purchase,... we also elected to take on the extended warranty Gold package thru Auto Source Incorporated offered for 3 years/45,000 miles to cover in the event if the car encountered any mechanical issues for $2,000 which was blended into his monthly payments. The car currently has 104,300 miles and has been running relatively well mechanically however a recent issue with the air conditioning compressor arose this late summer that desperately needs to be replaced. I phoned the warranty company to begin a claim for my son’s car (he cannot because he is currently actively serving in the USMC currently in Virginia Beach, VA then soon to Camp Lejeune). I was informed by Denise at ASI they’ve no record of our Camry being covered for a warranty after an exhaustive search thru their records. Denise asked me to fax the copy of the warranty info to her (which I did) but could not process my claim request as she stated the dealership, Colonial, neglected to send the warranty information properly on the day of sale. Per Denise’s suggestion I phoned Colonial explaining to the receptionist of my recently learned information whom directed me to Ginny the Finance Manager for Colonial. Ginny wasn’t available so I left a message describing the issue. She called me back within a few minutes apologizing promising she would tend to the issue immediately. That was Thursday October 4, 2018. I phoned again on Monday October 15, 2018 at 2:15 on a break during work to inquire why I hadn’t heard anything as the car still was without the repair and how was my son going to be reimbursed for the warranty money he’s paid for almost 3 years now. Unconvincingly, Ginny was “shocked no one” returned my call to date. I, again, asked for help and due diligence in rectifying this situation. Again I was told she’ll take care of it. While working I received 5-7 calls within a 10 minute span, no message left. I finally was able to get permission to address the constant calling only to be asked how many miles were on the car and another promise to correct the issue. Today is Thursday October 18, 2018 and I am still awaiting a call back, have not been given a response, resolution or recourse; absolutely nothing. As I explained in our original conversation with Ginny, I work 12-13 hours 5-6 days a week and cannot keep chasing after a matter that shouldn’t be. My son cannot because he is USMC active military 5-6 hours away and wants to take his vehicle to base with him at Camp Lejeune. I am beginning to ascertain Colonial is hoping this matter will simply go away while they keep $2,000 of my Marine’s income in the own dowry. I want/need resolution both financially and mechanically for my son; for what is right.
You have the wrong dealership. We are Colonial Nissan, not Colonial VW Subaru. Please remove your review.
Although I have not been in, I found your sales persons to be very informative and helpful. I have received good feed back from them.
