Went to the Faulkner Cadillac and bought a used Cadillac, paid top price (had body damages) and was cornered into buying extended warranty and other items,... paid too much for the car and other items. Faulkner would not fix the body damages ,,, the only people happy with the deal is Faulkner and their sales team. Looks like Faulkner is not looking for return customers. The best advertisement is a happy customer.

Faulkner made the entire process from start to finish as easy as possible. Ben was so easy to work with. I completed the entire lease at home and never... had to go to the dealership. All of the paperwork was done through the computer, and he delivered the rest along with the car. Unfortunately, my 2019 Cadillac had issues but I contacted Faulkner, and they were so fast to rectify the issues. They had someone get the car, they offered a rental, kept me updated throughout the process, and then brought the car back to me. Furthermore, even though I never visited the showroom, they continue to follow up with me to this day about the car and the service. I would definitely recommend them to everyone, even if they aren't your local dealership. They weren't mine, either, but this was the fastest and easiest car buying experience I have ever had! Thank you to Ben and the rest of the Faulkner staff.

After return of my appraised vehicle from the dealers service team, We had a broken brake line, with no brakes. The sales manager never told us until we... noticed no brakes after pulling away from the dealership. Pulled back into a parking spot and approach the manager and asked what happened during the appraisal. No answer and no offer of assistance! Don’t buy a car here.

My wife and I had been looking for months online for pre owned Cadillac's when we came across a 2 year old ATS with very low miles...a former lease car.... I contacted Ben Roberts at Faulkner Cadillac in April and made an appointment, which I had to cancel when we decided to wait a bit longer. Ben was very understanding, and we kept the door open for a future visit. I called him back in June and told him we were ready and he informed me that the car I was interested in was still available. We went to see the car, and it was great. We decided then and there to buy it. Ben made the process an extremely easy one. It was the best car buying experience I have ever had, and I'm 65...having bought a few cars in my time. Ben was great, as was Amy Bland, who helped us with some added warranty decisions. I can't recommend Faulkner Cadillac enough. If you are looking for a Caddy, call Ben!

I recently purchased a new Escalade from this dealership and I could not be happier. I went into the dealership not knowing for sure if I was ready to... purchase today, but the staff took the time to help explain all my possible options and great incentives. They were very eager to answer questions and I never felt pressured to purchase a car. When I decided to purchase my Escalade the process went very smoothly even though they were pretty busy. Overall I had a great experience and would definitely recommend purchasing a new or used car from this dealership.
