Easy and convenient car search process

Shopping for a specific ford truck and found it!

We found the pickup truck that we have been looking for months and closed the deal. Joanne was our sales rep. was Very knowledgeable of the vehicle we purchased. This is the second purchase this year that we made from Springfield Ford. I would highly recommend them if you’re look for a specific model and at a fair price.


I purchased a commercial van from Springfield ford back

I purchased a commercial van from Springfield ford back in 2003 and my salesman Tom Devito was great ! Since then I have move away from area roughly 2-1/2hrs . Last September I ordered a new Transit van with that same guy almost 20 years later and he’s still there, that says something to me about him and the dealership. It took almost a year for my vehicle to come in with these crazy times but tom and dealership kept me informed during the way of what my vehicle status was. I finally got the call saying my vehicle was in and it was definitely worth the wait and was a pleasant experience throughout the process!!!! I would highly Recommend anyone who’s looking for a ford to go to Sprigfield ford and most definitely look for Tim, he’s a great man and a great salesman that’s very honest and knowledgeable.


Very Bad experience.

Very Bad experience. I had appointment when I reached their very unprofessional person at the desk says they are two days behind men leave the car here and they will check the car after two days.they don’t care about appointment


I worked with Tom DeVito and ordered a new Ford Escape.

I worked with Tom DeVito and ordered a new Ford Escape. It was done quickly and he went out of his way to order everything I wanted while keeping in mind my budget. I have worked with Tom with previous vehicles, and will continue to work with him as long as he is a salesman! My only disappointment was it took 4 months to receive my new vehicle, which wasn't Tom's fault, it was due to supply chain issues. There was no new car inventory at the dealership.


Lease to sale experience

We were buying out our lease and Joanne Piazza help us walk thru the exchange in a very simple clear manner it was a pleasant experience

The market is brutal right now and Angelo helped me get into a car I wanted at a price I wanted. Couldn't have asked for more.

It all started in the body shop. 3 months to get a part. I get it. We’re in different times. Covid-19. Hard to get anything. All I asked for was a phone call to give status. Nothing, crickets. . Then tried to call corporate. They were just rude and don’t call people back either. At the suggestion of the body shop manager. Now return the lease. Hidden fees. Beware of any lease. There are hidden fees. So what your lease paperwork says isn’t what you will pay. We decided to buy the vehicle and trade it somewhere else But the process to do that ended being 500.00 that isn’t anywhere on the lease for the dealership to process out the car. Make sure you know what the buy out price is if you decide to buy your car because their not looking out for you!! They called for the price and Ford gave them incorrect balance. Then came and charged 14.00 that apparently we didn’t pay during the leased time. Nickel and dimming us. Every payment was the same so can’t figure that one out. Lost use as customers.
