On July 8, 2025 I visited this dealership for the first time. From the moment I walked through the door and was greeted by Mr. Bill Williams, I felt welcomed and comfortable. He is very personable and knowledgeable and answered all my questions. I walked out with a new Bronco and can honestly say "he made it happen." I like the car I bought,gave me very little for my Subaru
I like the car I bought,gave me very little for my Subaru which is on the lot now for $18000. Way to much for that car. I asked for a car manuel on the new car, Alicia was looking into that plus the air loss on both front tires. I am still waiting for a response 4 weeks later after multiple calls. Well bought my own manuel on Ebay for $30. Went to United Tire, needed new tire valves on both tires.Took car back to dealer who found no problem. $84 for the valves. I think the dealer could have afforded both those items. Bottom line I am not happy. Recommend not buying the 2018 Subaru on the lot either.

Dan Kennedy went above my expectations when talking with
Dan Kennedy went above my expectations when talking with him about parts for one of my vehicles [my household owns 5 Fords currently . . . looking at #6 with Rita!]; During the discussion, we talked about one of my vehicle issues & he said it still had extended warranty & he would check the shop availability for me! Got me schedule within a few days & got me set up with pick up & delivery! It is ALWAYS awesome when you can talk to one department & they look out for YOU AS THE CUSTOMER! I am sure he could have just sold me parts & moved on, but took the time to listen, not something most people would have done.
