I bought my current Camry Hybrid in June 2020.
I bought my current Camry Hybrid in June 2020. Sometime between than and today, new management took over at Weston Toyota. I have bought 4 Toyota’s from Weston and referred three others who bought cars. The last person that I referred had a horrific post-purchase experience with the paperwork as a result of the finance guy lying. In the past week, I received two advertisements in the mail offering a synthetic oil change for $49.95. Both ads said the regular price was $69.95. Today, I made an appointment and went for an oil change. Old management would honor the direct-mail price if you forgot the actual coupon. The new management will not. But, they did offer me the “generic” 10% off the price. But, the price was $75 instead of $69.95! With 10% off, that put the price right back at the regular price. I was so turned off at the attempt to charge me full price under the guise of a discount, plus the refusal to honor the direct-mail coupon price…I left. I’m now sitting waiting for my oil change at a place much closer to home and CHEAPER than their “discounted” price. I am still amazed that they spent so much money with their direct mail piece to get customers in the door, yet let me walk out the door! 😂😂. As a business went, it is ridiculous to spend money getting customers through the door and then refusing to honor the price on the piece that you just mailed! Sounds pretty counter-productive and not very customer focused. I can tell you without a shadow of a doubt that I will never go there again for an oil change AND I will definitely NEVER buy another car from them again - much less refer anyone. Old management had it right…I kept coming back to buy cars and get service. New management is customer-hostile and has no idea about building customer loyalty. Do not go there to either buy a car or get service. Much better people to deal with out there!!!

Have had the best experience with AutoNation Toyota Weston and especially with the service advisor, Howard Herman! People are so friendly, give great service to my 2020 Camry and I'm pleasantly surprised at the short wait time. Have no complaints and highly recommend.

I would have preferred that the service representative showed the courtesy to wear his mask in his office as I was wearing mine. However, he listened to and responded to my questions and concerns.
