My sales rep was great! Typically, the guy in finance, when I was finalizing my sales, repeatedly tried to sell me extras that I repeatedly told him I did not want. It delayed me finalizing the sale and prevented me from making a business meeting I was pressed to make.

Greg Rivera did an great job in preparing the Toyota, explaining the cars features, assisting in the test drive, providing helpful comments, syncing my cell phone, guiding me through the paperwork and following up on questions. The Toyota was purchased through the USAA buying program and the price was very competitive.
