We had the fortune to be greeted by Raul Araujo. He was extremely helpful and attentive during the whole process. That was only the second dealer we had visited and weren't planning to buy the car that day, but since we felt so welcome and comfortable, we made the decision to buy a Toyota Corolla right away. I also want to thank Jose Vazquez, he kindly lent me his cell phone to make a long distance call. They transformed a pretty stressful process into a pleasant one.

We are very happy with our new Sienna but also with the baying process, it was very fast and Marianela Rodriguez was extremely polite with us. This was definitely our best experience buying a car.

Due to an unsatisfactory past experience I was skeptical about going back to Autonation Toyota Weston, and to be honest we were not planning on buying a Corolla for my nephew when we walked in. Well I was surprised by the customer service quality improvement since my last visit and my salesman Isaac Ergas made this experience amazing and very pleasant. He was great to work with and took time to explain all the new features in the car and kept an open line of communication throughout the process and many days after we purchased the car to make sure we were happy and satisfied with our car and his service. I would highly recommend Isaac due to his honesty and top notch professionalism. Patrick from the Internet department was impressive as well.
