    I visited Ardmore Toyota for regular maintenance on my Toyota Camry. Bassam Dahleh explained the warranty dates and the expiration of the 25,000 miles to be completed by 10/5/17. I was impressed that he took the time to do this as I would not have this in my memory bank. There was an issue with a nail in the tire and they tried to fix it but it did not work. Bassam kept me informed on the service and it was resolved what the final treatment would be. I was greatly impressed with Bassam's concern, professionlisim, knowledge and honesty. Paris S

    I have purchased two used vehicles from Ardmore in 4 months. That's not too odd until I tell you I live in Knoxville, TN. I have found their web site to be very descriptive, with good photos, and in both cases, the vehicle was as good or better than advertised. Q Azad and Steve Mills helped me recently, and we made a deal via email that gave me PLENTY of incentive to make the extra drive from my daughter's home in DC to Ardmore. The dealership is a marvel how they operate out of a postage stamp sized lot, but the personnel and attention to detail is the real key. Saturday looked like a Toyota commercial with customers focused on choosing the right vehicle and salespeople busily making everything happen. They even served up smoky chicken and burgers. Hospitable! Honest. Efficient.

    This is my first review of a service center. Ardmore Toyota's effective effort to be professional, welcoming,helpful, and timely impelled me to sign up to write this. I'm horrible with names, so I actually called after the service of my car to track down who I was assisted by. Tori as well as Regina were happy to help me in my quest for names. I scheduled an appointment to have my car serviced with Josh, who was extremely amiable and attentive, and listened/responded to my concerns thoroughly. He referred me to Bill, who would be present on the day I was able to schedule. Upon arrival I was immediately assisted outside by Riley, who calmly guided me as I fumbled to get my dash to display milage. He told me everything I needed to know and materials to gather to check in before my car was valeted. When I left, he noticed I had coffee and handed me a Toyota mug and expressed a nice sentiment valuing me as a customer. There was hardly any wait once inside. Jay promptly checked me in, listened to my explaination of what I was experiencing while driving, and also informed me of a recall on my car that would be amended along with the repair/multipoint inspection I needed. This was all a matter of minutes. While my car was being serviced I helped myself to coffee and set my laptop up on one of the many available tables/desks. The waiting room is spacious and comfortable and the atmosphere is relaxed and pleasant. I felt like I was just spending a bit of the morning sending some emails in a cafe. Bill popped up in about 20 minutes happy to tell me that the repair needed for my car was not nearly as severe or costly as I had assumed. Great news! Having the inspection eased my uncertainty about the status of the car's tires, brakes, etc especially now in the middle of winter. Bill was excited to let me know everything checked out great! I feel more confident and safe driving after my experience at Ardmore, and honestly look forward to my next visit. A big thank you to everyone who helped me, was a slice of the morning well spent.     In 2012, I purchased a 2007 Toyota Camry from this dealer. They gave me a carfax document that says no accident. In 2016 I went to another Toyota dealer in Pittsburgh to trade in and purchase a new car. They check the car and came up a carfax report which has an accident right before I purchased the car. I gave me less value for my car because of the accident in the carfax. I think it is not moral especially for a Toyota dealer to rip off people by lying. I do not know what to do right now and who is going to cover my lost. Because of them, I do not trust to Toyota dealers anymore. We would like to see more honest people in this country. I do not recommend this dealer to anyone who is looking to purchase a used car. You may end up in the same situation.
