It was a great, no pressure experience.

It was a great, no pressure experience. Arfa was very patient and dedicated to helping us find the perfect car for our situation. He understood what type of features we were looking for, and our budget, and he suggested a car I was not at all familiar with but met all of our needs and that ended up being what we bought. If it weren't for his creative thinking and knowledge of what was available, we might still be looking for a car instead of enjoying our brand new Corolla Cross!

Beware - do not waste your time.

Beware - do not waste your time. We go to close the deal and they changed the numbers before we can sign. We ordered this car but because it was rare we were given a take it or leave it. We spent 5 hours there with 2 kids. It's like they get pleasure from treating customers like this. The managers are snakes and never even shook our hand or told us about Toyota Care despite being there for hours. Never even showed face.

The staff at Ardmore are very helpful, professional and kind. They explain the process and if there's anything wrong with your car they're great at explaining them clearly. The service advisor Zaccheaus was really great to work with. I'll continue to get my car serviced at this location.
