Ardmore Toyota is a very honest dealer

I regularly get my car serviced from Ardmore Toyota. Previously I had gone once to Sloane Toyota but their service was not good. I switched to Ardmore Toyota and liked them instantly. Their friendly service, acceptance of competitor coupons and most importantly, they do NOT fleece you by suggesting needless repairs. Only what is needed is recommended. I am very happy with the dealership since the last 5 years.

Straight forward, no-haggle pricing

I sent an e-mail offer for a Prius III with sunroof; received a counter-offer - and I made my final offer and it was accepted - I charged a deposit to my AmEx - on the peak day of Hurricane Sandy - and picked up the car the following weekend. And Ardmore fed me breakfast when I went to sign the paper work and lunch when I went to pick up the car -

Service Department

The service department has always gone above and beyond what any service department would normally do to help get my car fixed right the first time and to my schedule. The apply any discounts currently running even though I did not know there were discounts and always were looking out for me. The sales department was great answering all my questions about some models I was looking over in their showroom, even though I was not buying a new car at that time. Just a real pleasure to deal with all around.

Great car buying process

I was in and out in under 2 hours and had a brand new Camry. The car buying experience was easy the sales staff worked with me to come up with a payment I could afford. I would definitely go back for my next car.

This is a great dealership. They have met all my needs...

This is a great dealership. They have met all my needs in the past getting me into a Camry years ago and more recently my purchase of a new RAV4. Their service department is excellent and they have a shuttle that gets me back and forth to work on days my car needs maintenance. This is a very professional organization.

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Ardmore...

My husband and I have been loyal customers of Ardmore Toyota Scion since 2007. We have leased 4 cars from this dealership and we are now on 5 & 6. Rich Cossaboon was very friendly and helpful. We were able to drive away with 2 new cars that was priced well within our budgets. We all know how long the process can take when it comes to buying a car, but we were able to get 2 cars processed in a very short time. Overall, we were very pleased with Rich Cossaboon and everyone we came in contact with at Ardmore Toyota Scion. We have referred a few friends to this dealership and everyone has had the same experience.
