Went in looking to buy a new car on Black Friday. We ended up buying a new car for myself and after talking over some details we bought a new car for my daughter the next day ! The process was easy and painless !

Great Dealership

This was about my 12th purchase from Brian Hoskins Ford. I am very satisfied with the dealership after all these years. They have always treated me right everytime I vist. They are always extremely friendly and wil go out of there way for you. Mike C is an amazing person. His expertise and knowledge of the products they sell and how they operate is second to none. I can never say enough about the entire dealership. They make buying a car/truck, very easy.

I just leased another new Explorer form Brian Hoskins Ford and the reason I did it is the PEOPLE! The staff is ALWAYS courteous and helpful and deliver what they Promise! I have been working with this dealership for over 25 years and they NEVER disappoint....and ALWAYS provide an incredibly high level of service and expertise. I (probably like you), despise the haggling process of buying a new vehicle, but at Brian Hoskins Ford, I actually enjoy the process because I do not feel like I am getting a sales pitch and they do not put me in a position to "play the negotiating game". Direct, straightforward and honest people is why I keep going back and will continue. You should too!

Took a rough running '06 F150 taken in for service....

Took a rough running '06 F150 taken in for service. Ford has a known issue with spark plugs for that year and model. There are some four class action lawsuits, so the issue is well documented. Google it and you can read all about it. Basically, the plugs crack when removing them. Broken pieces sometimes have to be fished out if they fall into the engine. Ford even has a special tool to deal with the issue, which is tantamount to an admission of design flaw. My replacement plugs ended up costing $1,000 dollars. Worse, the next day, when the truck STILL ran rough, they cited a new issue (VCT solenoid), and said it was pure coincidence that it broke while they were replacing the spark plugs. That strains credulity, to say the least. They then proceeded to charge me an additional $650 to repair that! Of course Ford corporate does not get involved in workmanship issues, so I was at the mercy of the service manager and his unverifiable story of the service situation. I would discourage anyone from purchasing a vehicle at Brian Hoskins Ford.I had purchased two other trucks from them, but will consider Toyota now. On the upside, it seems like a casual place to work. I noticed employees gathered around a computer watching YouTube videos.

quick and easy

I contacted the dealership via their internet site. The salesman contacted me quickly and we were able to set everything up the same day. I was expecting acouple days but drove off the lot in my new vehicle. Thank you for the quick turn around.
