Could not be more impressed/satisfied...Ricky D was transparent and easy to work with as was Joe D (Sales Manager). I was in and out in literally 15 minutes...there was no xx upcharge attempts, they simply stuck to every single aspect of the deal that was negotiated 100% on the phone (I live 45 minutes away). I was positive they would try to bait and switch terms once I got there...was the exact opposite. Every single thing we agreed to was honored. By far my best experience in a dealership ever, and I've had 10+ experiences. Strong recommendation!

I recently bought a used truck from Brian Hoskins Ford and the experience was one that went above expectations. First, the sales experience was top notch. The service was friendly and professional. When it came to the sale, the price was fair with no outrageous fees. I was very happy as I drove home in my new-to-me truck. I had bought the truck “as-is” and knew the risk in doing so. However, when a check engine light came on soon after the purchase, I was nervous that my great sales experience was about to be overshadowed. To my great surprise, the dealership worked closely with me to make sure I was completely satisfied. They went above and beyond including fixing the issue at no cost and providing me with a loaner vehicle during the fix.
