Just got our family’s THIRD Jeep from Jeff D’Ambrosio’s dealership. Our salesperson was David Williams and the smile on his face when he showed us our new car showed me that he really cared about us as customers. David is truly a gentleman; I felt secure working with him and trusted his knowledge. I felt great buying a domestic brand and even better buying it from D’Ambrosio — they have a team that guides you, but does not pressure you, through the entire car buying process. David Williams does not treat car buying as a simple transaction, he makes it the beginning of a solid relationship.

I just had my car serviced at their Alfa Romeo Service

I just had my car serviced at their Alfa Romeo Service Center. I 100% endorse this Dealership. Edgar was tremendous when puchasing the vehicle and Steve the Service Manager was great to work with.

David Williams came thru in my time of need.

David Williams came thru in my time of need. I hit a deer & totalled the car. He was able to get me back in the same type of car in one visit, shortly after the insurance company settlement.

I recently purchased a 2021 Volkswagen Jetta and had the pleasure of working with Gary Thomas. As a 22-year-old woman buying my first car, the process felt overwhelming, but Gary made everything so much easier. He was personable, knowledgeable, and went above and beyond to guide me through this major purchase. I truly appreciated being treated like a friend rather than just another customer. I also want to give a huge thank you to Nick, the manager, who was incredibly kind and took the time to chat with my grandpa, who was involved in the process. D’Ambrosio is a great place to buy a car. I cannot say enough about Dave Baldwin. He has always taken the time to guide us to a great car. This is my second Mitsubishi from them. He was so understanding and patient with me. My daughters and I both appreciate the personal touch the dealership gives to you. Thank you again

We have been buying our cars from them for years.

We have been buying our cars from them for years. We recently need to have a car service and required a rental while ours was being worked on. We received the best service. Car was under warranty , they provided the free rental and kept us in the loop of what was going on. They really do treat you as family and care about their customers. If you are looking to purchase a car Jeff D’Ambrosio is the place to get it. Ask for Dave Baldwin , he’ll take good care of you.

First time buyer at D'Ambrosio as we had been looking for a pre-owned Jeep Grand Cherokee for our daughter. The team was so very helpful for our family and Rachel Brennan did an awesome job! Jeff D’Ambrosio is my go-to car dealership thanks to salesman David Williams! He sold me a Mitshubishi Eclipse over 20 years ago and he has been my car salesman since. He is great in helping me find the car of my needs. Dave is very professional and knowledgeable. I appreciate him and recommend him to anyone looking to buy a car! You won’t be disappointed!

I called parts for a new shell for my son’s Mitsubishi

I called parts for a new shell for my son’s Mitsubishi Lancer Key. Parts said the total would be $73. My son showed up today they replaced the shell and cut a new key and put in a new battery and the key fob wouldn’t work. The girl then proceeded to tell my son with an attitude that’s not are problem. It is there problem. Then they said it would be an additional $100 to program the key I said no the key worked fine before. Then I asked to speak to a manager. Talked to the sales manager and told him the same thing that my son said and tried to get me to split the difference and pay $50 and I said no. My son let me know it would take an hour and then called me to let me know that the manager pulled him into his office and said that the key stopped working at 95,000 miles and asked him if he was trying to pull a fast one and my son said NO and the manager said it’s okay if you are and my son said NO!!!! The manager had my son call me and he got on the phone and let me know that the key stopped working at 95,000 miles and said no the key worked fine. my son has been in college and it worked fine when he came home. The car has 100,000 mile on it now. I also let him know that I didn’t appreciate how he made my son feel like a criminal over a key. I asked for him to give my son his money back and he said that the people are not there that do the reverse charges and he will get the money back Monday. That is unacceptable and I would never ever purchase a vehicle or do business at Jeff D ‘Ambrosio!! Stick with Fred Beans they stand behind there work and don’t make their customers feel like criminals!!!
