could not diagnose a need for a battery

Awful service ! Purchased a new Subaru Outback here and returned for oil changes and service for 2 years When my car would not start 4 times ,I had 4 !! Roadside assistance. Each roadside mechanic thought I needed a new battery The car would start with a jump.I had it toaded to Roberts twice. They insisted the battery was fine!!!. They replaced a brake warning light as possible problem. It was not ! The car wouldn’t start the next day. I finally took it a different Subaru dealer. They immediately told me it that it was the battery. They replaced he battery.. Didn’t charge me . Burke Subaru Stone Harbor NJ 5 stars ?? ???????? !!!Roberts Doeningtown Pa 0!!’

Took The Time To Answer All My Questions

Took my new Forester here for the state inspection. John greeted me immediately and was very helpful with checking in at the computerized kiosk and Ryan was very patient and knowledgeable answering all the questions I had about my new vehicle. Will be returning for my 1st scheduled service.

Great Buying experience

maybe better baristas than car salesmen.

What started out as a pleasant buying experience rapidly turned into a bad one. I did my homework online pricing the vehicle I wanted and my trade in which was practically a brand new 2017 car with only 3600 miles on it. The most they would give me on trade was $3000 less than their own website trade-in calculator said it should be. Then they started with a price $1000 higher than Truecar said I should be paying. If that wasn't enough, the salesman misrepresented the features on the car, something I didn't know till I read the manual. Lastly, when the car was delivered, it was so with only ONE key and a promise that within a couple of weeks I would get the second one. The dealership wasn't even apologetic for not having the second key. The only reason I completed the purchase at this dealer was because it was the only one within 200 miles that had the exact car I was looking for. In order to get the key I had to call the GM of the entire Reedman Toll auto group to complain. Then, the impossible to get replacement key took only 2 days to get.

No new car sales

No one greeted me or got up to say hi or got off their cell phones (phone was flat as they typed). I walked the showroom twice, passed a couple of people but no one said a word. I left to go and buy the Toyota I had just seen at Del.

Honda Service

The worst place to get the car serviced. Unprofessional and rude staff. I took my Honda for specific service (it was already checked by another renewed car service shop, since it is Honda engine that needs to be touched, I wanted Honda technician to do it). I told exactly what needs to be done and got the quote for around $500 and gave for the repair work. I received a call later in the day and I was told it needs more work and would cost around $2500. And I was told "even better you get a new car rather servicing it". On top they charged without any work being done saying it is for looking at all the work that needs to be done - well, I did not ask to look at anything other than what I asked to do. Long story short - don't go to this place for service, they'll rip off and talk so rude (so called management and service cashier, everyone.).

Very nice staff

I was in this dealership last night to pick up a car from the service department. Not only did I meet the new service manager but his expertise and his kindness quickly won me over. I will be back to this dealership for all of my vehicle repairs and services.
