During my visit for a safety recall I witnessed several service team members not wearing face coverings. They were conversing with other team members and... customers where safe social distancing was not being practiced. In light of the fact that many customers are senior citizens, this type of approach could result in coronavirus spread. With all customers wearing face coverings, it only makes sense that staff would do the same. They are not better than your customers, they should suck it up and understand that there is an uptick of COVID cases in our area.
Absolutely the worst dealership I have been too. I took multiple cars there, paid a total of around $7,000....and every one went back with an issue. ... They just make excuses for their poor work and take no accountability. The sales manager disrespected two women in front of me. Horrible dealership who cares about money and not their customers and employees.
I spotted the used car we were looking for on Cars.com, and was led to the store's website. After confirming the car was still available, went to the... store the next day [I live 1 hour + away], inspected and drove the car, and within an hour or so, the trade and purchase deal was done. It was getting late in the day, so we agreed I'd come back the next day for paperwork and delivery. Delivery: The only glitch was the addition of the 'etched glass' that was not included in the original worksheet. But- we were able to resolve that with some financial adjustment, so all good in the end... The truth is that I actually 'put' lots of friends and acquaintances in cars every year... about 1 a month in terms of advice, guidance, pricing... And there are stores I avoid completely. This store however will be one I will be happy to steer folks to in the future, and work with myself.
I have always been satisfies with their service. I've had my car serviced at this dealership, since 2012. They have great customer service and have always... been accommodating and friendly.
I recently purchased a used Subaru Impreza from Fred Bean Ford of Boyerstown. It was a great deal. I love the car! Great customer service! They made buying... quick and easy. They even picked me up to finish buying. A day after I took it home the check engine light came on. Was a bad ignition coil and tire pressure sensor. Common issues with buying a used car. Fred Bean's service took care of everything. Quickly and professionally. I will definitely buy my next vehicle from Fred Bean's.

I bought a new Focus SEL during the Ford year end clearance from Fred Beans Ford Boyertown. The selection of available vehicles was fantastic and my sales... associate Brian Lucas was a pleasure to work with setting up the deal. The finance department went the extra mile and secured me a rate even lower than my requirement which was a very pleasant surprise at delivery. I couldn't be happier with the experience and that is saying a lot as car buying is normally a stressful and usually less than enjoyable experience.
I am a nurse and was on the market for a 4WD vehicle. I originally was looking at an Escape but my eye was immediately drawn to an Exployer. My sales man... Brian was not pushy, in fact he was the first person I saw when I walked through the door and he didn’t run up to me like you would expect a salesman to do. Instead I walked up to him and asked if he was free and when he said yes I introduced myself and went from there. The Explorer I was looking at was used and he didn’t try to sell me a new vehicle I couldn’t afford at this time. He was very helpful and knowlegable of the vehicle. I got the amount I needed for my trade as well. My overall experience was a great one and I will definitely use them for future business and purchases. My husband was so impressed that he might go in next year to trade up to a newer Mustang.

Overall, I was looking for a 2015 Acura TLX in a color combination that you had there. Black copper/espresso. I was interest in the Advance package. You... had tech package. The salesman was knowledgeable for a car he doesn't normally sell. Dealership was nice and clean and was particularly nice when he brought car in out of the rain.
