Love ❤️ Our Jeep Cherokee

Outten Jeep is highly recommended to anyone that is looking for a great deal and awesome service..Bruno is one of the best Sales man you can get !! He helped my family and I many times get the vehicles we wanted .. Kudos to him ....

Certified Techs but NOT good mechanics! Expensive lesson

08 caravan broke down July 4th, died wouldn't turn over. Smoked and something smelled burnt when I tried to restart it. Towed in, requested they check several issues while there. Have Max care warranty.. 5 days later battery is terminal is arcing.. Must replace terminal to do further diagnostics. Ok, something is draining the battery, Recalled Airbag module FCA was to replace by 2017 and didn't. Got part but wanted to charge to install it. NO Recall letter in 2016 said FCA will cover part and labor. Had to call Chrysler recall dept! OOPS an error labor is covered. The battery is weak and should be replaced. It Cranks slow. Battery is 3 months old and local gas station installed it. Its under warranty I will take it to them! $200+ its fixed! Drove from dealers to Baltimore MD. 4 hours from the dealer.... the Van shutters and stalls. SAME reactions it was towed in for!!! Towed to MD dealer...Rental car, towing, Etc. $1000+ out of pocket. 10 days later MD dealer reports starter shorted dead! No Battery or charging issues found. Took van to gas station to have them test their battery. Battery tests good, charging system OK! Contact Bob Flynn arrange meeting. Have all documentation, Upset because if it was fixed right by them I would not have broke down in MD and had $1000+ expenses. Flynn's logic~ They found the bad terminal, after repairing that they found the bad module (yea- idiot light was on for 2 years) they repaired that. The battery was weak and it did start, Albeit slow cranking. I did not authorize the battery to be replaced. Therefore it was my fault. Had they replaced the battery they would have realized there was another problem, but I did not authorize them to replace the battery-WHICH WAS NOT BAD! I was reminded their mechanics have certifications out the gazoo. Ok, where is the battery diagnostic read out? You know like the one the non certified guys at SAMS club will give you? What did the load test on the starter show? Well the tech determined the battery was weak. OK, you should have replaced it! But what tests verified that? We get accused of overcharging and going too far. We are cost effective on our repairs. The car started when we tried it. Basic farm mechanics would test the battery, the starter and the alternator on a no start issue. Guess certified mechanics don't need test equipment $100 + an hour they are that good? A vo-tech kid could tell you a shorting started will over draw current and can burn a terminal, the main feed wire, crank slow and weaken the battery. But the DEALER KNOWS YOUR CAR! I WILL NEVER GO THERE AGAIN! BAD REVIEW YES well earned!

Helpful and Reasonable.

It was a pleasure buying my first car from Outten. With the help of Bruno, we were able to work out an affordable deal for the car I was after. I would recommend Outten to everyone.

If you give Outten a bad review they call you and say; we can no longer work your car because you gave us a bad review! I have the voice mail. So whats the point of this whole review thing? Give a good review or we will threaten not to work on your car again. Eli - Great guy Andy-Great guy

Excellent service

Great customer service. I’ve been to many car dealerships to try and buy a car but Outten Hamburg has been the absolute best. Bruno is an excellent salesman and a big help. He got me a good reliable car and had no problem answering any question that I had.Everyone is friendly and treated me and my family with respect. I would recommend everyone to come here for their car needs.

Service with a smile!

We have always purchased our vehicles from Outten in Hamburg. Never disappointed! And when we need routine maintenance, we always come back! Lately the Dodge Challenger that we purchased in 2011, that has 240,000 miles, gave us a little more then just a routine maintenance issue. But as usual the service department was there. They were crazy busy but Gary and the service department came through as always. He told me he did not have an appointment until the following week but if I dropped it off he would make sure it got looked at right away. And it did. They fix the problem at a reasonable rate as they always do and now the car is back to driving like new. They're amazing and I highly recommend them to anyone who needs service on their car or who loves Dodge and Jeep as much as we do. Thanks guys!

Great dealership/salesmen

I went down to outten for a new vehicle, I told Shawn what I was looking for. We were looking for a new Jeep He showed us our options and helped us pick out the one that fit all of our needs. I couldn’t ask for better/friendlier service. He answered every question I had and helped me To his best ability. would definitely recommend this dealership.

Because of what I wanted Bruno had a hard time finding what I wanted and he apologized and I almost left, He opened up his search and found what I needed and I drove away in the best vehicle I've even bought.
