Very poor customer service.

Very poor customer service. Not only that. Telephone communication dropped. I was ready to purchase a vehicle and I have a check for my credit union in hand. And still no one really cared to reach out or respond or return phone calls. And when I called. Very rude on the phone. I know I’m not a millionaire. But I was going to be a customer and I stress was. And not only that I had to check for my credit union ready to give away and no one seem to be interested. Nevertheless. I’ll find a vehicle and move forward. Some people just don’t care about others if they are not financing in the house or not purchasing a brand new vehicle. I did not want a 2025 or 2026. I was looking for a 2024 model And the salesman didn’t seem to care they kept trying to push the 2025 or 2026 year model on me. But nevertheless. If I have the money in the form of a check ready to go from my credit union, I thought it would be a lot easier. And people would be eager to take that Check from me, but did not work out. So I’m going to go elsewhere.

Joe at gmc was great.

Joe at gmc was great. We actually got more than we wanted for the money we were willing to spend. He got us in an incredible Yukon. It took a little long in detailing but overall great stress free experience.
