Being new to the area I used Haldeman because of it's

Being new to the area I used Haldeman because of it's close proximity to my home. Discovering they had a valet service changed the game! Discussed my issues with service in person and scheduled service. They actually came to my home picked up my car and delivered it for absolutely no charge and no hassle. I had my car detailed as part of my service and it was like getting a brand new car delivered to my driveway! I am over the top happy with this dealership and will be a forever customer.

I had a horrible sales experience.

I had a horrible sales experience. I’m local and went in because they had a 2022 king ranch explorer (exactly what I was looking for). They wouldn’t budge on price at all even though the vehicle had 50,000 miles. They told me “Oh an employee was driving it and that’s why the mileage is so high.” First off that’s not my problem. Maybe you shouldn’t have let them drive it if you wanted to sell it for the price it was listed at. Maybe they didn’t believe that I was a serious buyer because I am on the younger side or maybe it was because I wanted to use my own financing (I was already preapproved with a check in hand). So instead, I drove 2 hours north to the poconos and got the same vehicle with 12,000 miles for $7,500 less than what they were trying to sell their explorer for. I would’ve taken my explorer back for services if they had worked with me on price but I will gladly drive to Hamburg for service instead since they were so unwilling to cooperate. They sat on that explorer for MONTHS, maybe even a year. Dropping the price MULTIPLE times after I had gone in.

Just bought the Mustang Mach e GT, its second vehicle

Just bought the Mustang Mach e GT, its second vehicle from them. Salesman Wayne sold me car. Everything he said was spot on about the car. This car is unreal. Wayne explained all features from settings to charging everything and even made a call a few days after to see how I’m doing. No high pressure sales and spent hours with me. The service was impeccable. I’m truly happy purchasing again from them. I traveled 1 1/2 hr to dealership because there that good instead of local guy. They know how to treat a customer. Give them a shot if you’re lookin for a vehicle from Ford. Ford vehicles are really good also.

Found a 2017 mustang at the dealership, actually was

Found a 2017 mustang at the dealership, actually was happy and went and bought it with cash. That's where the where it ended. Contacted salesman 3 weeks later about finding me a 2024 Mustang dark horse. Called and stopped 3 times. Called sales manager, and 2 moths later I have yet to hear about any car or options they might get. Extremely poor customer service and disappointed in took my cash than ignored. Guess they don't need sales. Won't be contacting or buying from them again. Stay away.

I purchased my F150 Hybrid from them and have really been impressed with the service and professionalism they gave me when buying the truck. First they didn’t lie about the vehicle and when I go to service on my truck, nothing has changed great service. Very polite, they treat me like the old days in keeping a customer coming back. Great job!

2012 Ford Escape in for inspection and works package no
