Since the day I bought my Cadillac at Earnhardt Cadillac,

Since the day I bought my Cadillac at Earnhardt Cadillac, I have experienced customer service like I've never received before! Brandon has made every encounter a wonderful experience. Whatever my car has needed Brandon has gone above and beyond to make sure I get the best price. I will never purchase another vehicle from anywhere else; I am a customer for life!

Mario Coronado, Service Advisor, as always, took great

Mario Coronado, Service Advisor, as always, took great care completing the service, inspection and updating of the Escalade. No one does it better. Craig Bergmann, Sales, was very precise and effective in coordinating all of the requirements associated with the lease turn in and purchase arrangements with the dealership. Sara Ingram, Finance, completed the purchase documents quickly, accurately and answered all of our questions related to the lease turn in and purchase of our 2021 Escalade. Overall, our Earnhardt Cadillac Team made the entire process smooth, free of any glitches and in a timely manner. We plan to continue to do our vehicle transactions with Earnhardt Cadillac.

The service department is absolutely great.

The service department is absolutely great. I can’t say enough about it in my contact service manager is Mitchell Who has exceptional customer service skills and Ben’s over backwards to please me every time I come in but not only him. The whole team at the service department is great. I don’t know their names but the ones I see every time I come in are just so nice to all the customers I noticed when I sit outside and wait for my car. The sales department is good. Also don’t get me wrong but the service department is exceptional. I am 78 years old and have bought a lot of cars and used a lot of service departments so I know what I’m talking about.
