Service team is always prompt and courteous. Alberto took really good care of our Honda Pilot which needed some repairs. Everything explained-the why the how. The how much. lol.

The staff are all cordial with little pressure.

The staff are all cordial with little pressure. We were able to complete the trade in and purchasing all in less than four hours. We drove home with the new accord hybrid happy.

Our experience with Auto Nation Chandler was excellent in

Our experience with Auto Nation Chandler was excellent in all aspects. Our Service Advisor David Nagel was exceptional. He took a situation —was a recall part was replaced and due to the part being defective we were left stranded approx. 75 miles out of town This delayed our trip home by one day. His follow up was outstanding and resulted in total satisfaction. We will continue to have all our service needs provided by Auto Nation and will contact you first when we need to replace our vehicle.We have owned Hondas for several years in the past. Although we live in Alpine Az -240 miles from your dealership we feel due to our recent experience you are #1. Thank you
