Service rep insisted I replace rack & pinion PLUS engine
Service rep insisted I replace rack & pinion PLUS engine cam, etc total of over $6,000 and refused to change the power steering as I had requested for the appointment. Furthermore, he (Scott) told me that they would have to do both at the same time or not at all. Liars and thieves at this place. Don't go here. There are plenty of other Honda dealerships in the SW.

Service was average, the entire process from the time I got on the list to test drive to leaving was over five hours. The process is extremely slow and they don't care. Once we got back to financing, i told them I was paying cash and was not interested in any add ons they were offering. I was told it is there policy and they have to tel you about the options. one associate left and the "manager" came in and made it sound like he was giving us a better option. When i told him I was not interested he looked at me like i was an idiot for not taking the offer and left. Once we purchased, they did a half xxx detail/wash. Dealership is average at best.

my experience with Autonation was professional, they were patient, answered all our questions. We started our car shopping at another Honda dealership in Mesa, where the same exact vehicle was marked up $12000 dollars at $47000. Our salesman and his manager worked with us even whenbour credit fell short. We are true Honda customers, out last 3 vehicles have been Honda and Acura now we are Autonation fans as well.

I love this dealership! Everyone is so friendly and very accommodating! My service agent Joe Krizek is simply the best! He is very professional and knowledgeable of my vehicle. He makes sure that I fully understand the service that I need and make future recommendations on return service. Fast blinking turn signal light
Our Service Advisor, Brian Pocius, was extremely helpful in getting our fast blinking turn signal fixed. He explained what the problem may be and he would let us know what needs to be done before they would start to fix it. The problem was fixed without a long wait. Brian was very nice and gave us his number to call whenever we need service. Honda has a great employee with Brian.
