I did not expect there to be as much run around when I

I did not expect there to be as much run around when I was paying cash for my vehicle. Only 8 months later my vehicle stopped and wouldn't turn back on. I purchased a protection package at the time I bought the vehicle only to find out after having it towed to Honda Autonation Chandler they want $4000 to fix it and they show no record of me purchasing the plan. Wow so disappointed in the customer service, sales and finance manager who sold me the package. Not at all what I expected from Honda. I loved the Honda Tiffany Springs dealership in Missouri. I wouldn't buy another vehicle or send family and friends to honda autonation chandler ever!

Unforgettable experience at AutoNation Honda!

I recently had the pleasure of purchasing a brand new 2022 Honda Civic Hatchback Sport Touring from the fantastic team at AutoNation Honda. I want to give a huge shoutout to the amazing associates who made my experience unforgettable: -Sales Representative: Mike Menner -Sales Manager: Phillip Small -Service Manager: Reggie Smith First and foremost, I would like to express my gratitude to my sales representative, Mike Menner. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and attentive, and made the entire process a breeze. Despite having a family member who was hospitalized during the process, he still went above and beyond to assist me and ensure that my wife and I were satisfied with our purchase. His dedication and commitment to his job and customers are truly commendable, and I would give him a 10 out of 10 for his excellent and thoughtful service. I would also like to thank the sales manager, Phillip Small, who was instrumental in negotiating a great deal for me. He was professional, courteous, and took the time to understand my budget and preferences. The out-of-door price he got for me was unbeatable, and I really felt like I got a great deal. Finally, I want to give a special mention to the service manager, Reggie Smith, who provided exceptional after-sales service. He walked me through all of the features and functions of the car and made sure that I felt comfortable and confident behind the wheel. It was a pleasure talking with him during the whole process. Overall, I am extremely happy with my experience at AutoNation Honda. Their great services make me feel confident that I made the right choice. I would highly recommend AutoNation Honda to anyone in the market for a new car.
