I no longer dread going to the dealership for car service

I no longer dread going to the dealership for car service because of Ashton. He is so polite and professional and always returns my calls to schedule an appointment. He let's me know exactly what I need in order of importance which is much appreciated.

People are very friendly and the dealership is very clean

People are very friendly and the dealership is very clean and welcoming. The lounges are very comfortable and separated for people who want to read or just chill out while their car is being fixed. Scott Ford worked with me and he was very personable and explained everything he was going to do to my car and why. After the car was finished, he went over everything again explaining what was done.

AutoNation Honda (supposedly) paid off the balance of the

AutoNation Honda (supposedly) paid off the balance of the lease on our 2020 SUV (7 months remained on the lease) and paid us a fair amount. Unfortunately, we did not receive paperwork on the sale, only a check for our amount. We have no proof that they were to pay off our lease and now no one will return our calls to verify that the loan was paid (the finance company has not received payment). Our loan is now over due so we MUST pay on it. We are VERY disappointed in making a deal with AutoNation Honda as the customer service once they received our car is non-existent. It is really bad when we dealt with the manager and now he ghosted us. We regret making a deal. Essentially, we have no proof even that we made a deal. Beware!
