Complete excellent service and completely satisfied with my service rep. This is the reason I only bring my Honda Civic to this dealership.

Service appt resulted in suggesting two services totaling

Service appt resulted in suggesting two services totaling $1400 that are not part of Honda Services and when asked why they aren't on the Honda recommended list or part of computerized reminder was told they didn't know why...as if they were part of Honda's recommendation. I didn't appreciate the suggestion that they WERE Honda recommended when in fact they were excessive. I didn't have them done but will find it hard to trust the dealer next visit. Overall I like the dealership but REALLY didn't appreciate them trying to take advantage of me this visit. I'll give service dept another try since my prior visits have been great.

Check is was easy.

Check is was easy. Pulled up and service porter quickly took our name and got our service advisor. Service advisor was knowledgeable and explained services well. Shuttle service left some things to be desired. Not very organized. No schedule. Also we were told only one way shuttle service. Luckily our service advisor came and got us when car was ready. Also didn’t receive any communication while they had the vehicle. Had to call to check on it and to find out when they were done.

My car had problem with auto start and immediately the

My car had problem with auto start and immediately the receptionist found the issue was with battery and called to come on the same day. I was pleasently surprised with the response. Overall it was great wprking with you guys. Thank you.

I was very happy with the service I received when coming

I was very happy with the service I received when coming in to purchase my leased vehicle :) The sales manager, Abel, was able to walk me through the process with ease. I was treated with respect while working with him. The finance manager was awesome as well! He explained everything perfectly in a way that I could understand. There was no misleading by any means. I thoroughly enjoyed the honesty and my overall experience at AutoNation Honda in Chandler, Az. 10/10 would highly recommend if anyone is looking for a vehicle to purchase! I'm thankful for such a professional and friendly experience!
