San Tan Honda is my first choice when I need help with my vehicles.

The management is doing disservice to front line service

The management is doing disservice to front line service department employees and customers by creating the impression that shuttle service is available when it is not, and this creates inconvenience for customers and unnecessary problems for employees to resolve. As someone who pays for a service plan, I should not have to jump through so many hoops just to get routine or any service. Either hire drivers to appropriately meet customer shuttle needs or be honest about your laziness and take the information off your website. And stop relying on employees to be apologists for the lazy, ineffectual service delivery and misinformation. Thank you, Tom, for making things right after the dealership decided to keep things wrong.

Extremely easy to get an appointment. Dylan Miller, my Service Advisor, was professional, courteous and friendly. He listed to my concerns.
