An Excellent Experience!

All staff from service writer to automotive technician, to cashier at Auto Nation Honda - Chandler were friendly, professional, and courteous! Each person peformed their assigned task with accuracy, friendliness, and efficiency. My automobile ws completed and ready to pick up when I was told it would be. I recommend this dealership to anyone that is looking to have their Honda serviced.

Jack our service rep was knowledgeable courteous professional and prompt. I use honda for all my auto maintenance and as a snowbird this was my first visit to this location . In the past I have used the dealer in Mesa and was not pleased with the service received there so I will be returning to this location for future service.

Overall Happy

I have 3 notable things to say. 1. Keith Wong is fantastic. I work with him whenever I have warranty repairs or maintenance. I cannot rave about him enough. He goes the extra mile and is knowledgeable and is very friendly. 2. The prices at AutoNation for maintenance were reasonable. The services were break fluid change, tire rotation, and an oil change. They also washed my car. 3. (This one is concerning) I was told by a person (I know this person's name but do not wish to identify them publicly as they are already being talked to about it) that my HondaCare warranty would be VOIDED if I got any maintenance done anywhere else. That's a big problem, and I read my contract. It's simply NOT true.

Lease Fit

Amazing ! Would definitely recommend others to see him during their next purchase!! He was very helpful and experienced in him job realm. He was very nice and offered to help with any questions we had.

Great experience! Fast and fair.

Michael Boehm was a pleasure to work with. I came in with an ad from another dealership and he quickly verified that the same offer would be honored. He could see that I wanted to get things done as fast as possible and made it happen. The experience couldn't have been better.
