Great buying experience

I always negotiate my vehicle purchases online before stepping into the dealership. I have purchased 5 new Honda vehicles in the past 11 years and, in the process, I have communicated with all of the Honda dealerships in the Phoenix metropolitan area and bought vehicles from three different dealerships. In my experience, AutoNation Honda Chandler is the easiest dealership to work with. They are not pushy, they follow up with you but not so often that it becomes annoying, and they are honest and upfront with you. On my most recent purchase, Johnathan Schmidt was very patient with me after my initial email inquiry and worked with me to get me the best price and made sure the timing was right for me. He negotiated the price with me before I ever stepped into the dealership. Once I got to the dealership to finalize my purchase, Roxana Fador was easy to work with and made sure the transaction went smoothly and efficiently. I had a similar experience three and a half years ago when I purchased another vehicle from AutoNation Honda Chandler, which leads me to believe this dealership consistently treats its customers right.

Internet purchase of new car with Mr. Johnson

TJ contacted me after my internet inquirey thru Edmunds. Even though Edmunds gave my contact info out to several dealerships , TJ was the only one who responded with the information on how much the vehicle would cost and let me know their inventory of the car I wanted. The other salesmen just wanted me to come in before they gave me any info. There were no hidden charges, and in fact the price I got was around 5,000 below MSRP and 2,000 below what Edmunds thought was the price I should shoot for. There was No negotiating price which was such a relief!

Best buying experience EVER!

I was in for a service call and to my surprise, left with a new car. I had some questions about the comparison of the V6 that I was driving to the new Turbo Sport. Michael Boehm approached me and impressed me with his knowledge about the car. Friendly, professional and instilled so much confidence. A week later... I am LOVING this car!!! AutoNation Honda / Erick Villalba

This was by far the best auto purchasing experience I've ever had. I do a lot of online research before I buy cars these days so I know what I want before I visit the dealer. All I need is for someone to show me the cars I am interested in and to answer questions without exerting pressure. Erick did exactly that and was very helpful throughout the process. He also arranged for a valuation on my used vehicle which took only 15 minutes and came in right about where I expected it to. The pricing on the new vehicle was also within my expectations based on the pricing program I used. I pre-arranged financing so the entire purchase process took less than one hour. No hassles whatsoever.

Great buying experience!

Upon our arrival at Honda Autonation Chandler, we were greeted by Michael Boehm who was friendly and personable and immediately put us at ease. He explained all the great features of the Honda CRV and answered all of my questions to satisfaction. I purchased the car that day and had a great rapport with Michael throughout the buying process.
