vehicle repair

Ivan Payan, My representative, was courteous, honest and friendly. He provided me with excellent customer service. My husband and I have been looking for a new repair shop. Thank you Ivan because of you , we now will shop and use your repair shop.

Service Department

I had my car Honda Accord towed to Auto Nation to get a sliced tire replaced. I worked with Kat who was wonderful . It was complicated as I had tire insurance on my expensive tires from NY. She worked hard to figure it all out. I would highly recommend Kat and Auto Nation for their great employee and quick service.

Purchased 2013 Nissan Altima

Reserved the Nissan Altima online. The next day went to look and test drive. The salesman Joe was excellent and very knowledgeable. The overall process was a very good experience for my wife and I. There was no pressure at any time, questions were answered thoroughly, Everyone was pleasant making the atmosphere very comfortable. Highly recommend to family & friends.

Honda Chandler

Sales team was fantastic. Bruce and his coworkers did a great job in working with me to find the right model at the right price. I was moving across the country and they kept in contact with me throughout the move to answer any questions I had and schedule test drives and appointments at times that were convenient to me. There was no rush with Bruce and his team, they worked around my schedule. As I mentioned, the sales team did a great job. My experience with the final stage of purchasing the car with finance was poor. The man moved quickly and seemed to be in a hurry. The pricing he brought up was inaccurate and was only recognized once I called it out. I had no idea which bank he was using until he had already set up an account with my credit card company. I was under the impression I would be going through Honda Financial but to my surprise when I opened my credit card bill the next day, there was a second account with the cost of my car on there. I am unsure on how to even manage this account! His recommendation on refinancing after this first year through a non-profit was helpful, though. It was a shame to see a fantastic experience go south so quickly. I would still recommend you go to AutoNation Chandler, as the sales team did a phenomenal job. My recommendation is to be careful with who you work with in Finance. If you feel uncomfortable, request a new representative. I am sure this was a far cry from the norm, based on the overall score of the company, but it was disappointing nonetheless.

Great place to buy a car!

Good experience from start to finish. Ash was an excellent salesperson who quite frankly is the reason we bought the car here. We were not presured not rushed into making our choice and he answered every question we had.

Honda Civic Purchase

My sales reps (Richard Oulette and Vinh Vo) and finance people (Jerrick Price and John Salazar) were top notch. Very up front with answers to all of our questions. Sales reps knew the cars very well.

Pleasent buying experience

Easy buying experience. Eric H in sales was pleasant and informative. Charles in finance was also excellent. I liked the no haggle price on used cars. When I first walked in to the dealership I was not immediately picked off by a sales agent and had to call for a sales agent. I personally prefer this as sometimes people just really want to look as they are in the initial stages of shopping. I was also surprised I did not get the usual "I need to run your credit because of the Patriot Act" (which is not a requirement of the Patriot Act, but an excuse to run your credit to see if you qualify for financing; there was however, a separate form I had to fill out to see if was someone who should not be buying the car). I did not feel pressured to buy extended warranty (which I did purchase). Overall excellent experience. Would buy from this dealer again.

AutoNation Honda Gilbert

We recently purchased a Honda Odyssey from AutoNation Honda Gilbert and it was a terrific experience! We made several visits as we evaluated different options and features. We also price shopped with dealerships around the valley. When it was time to make our purchase, AutoNation Gilbert honored what we'd been quoted from another dealership, saving us a 50min drive to the West valley. The sales team was never pushy and didn't use any high pressure sales tactics. Once we were ready to buy, the process was fast and easy. Overall, a great experience and even though it's a (sigh) minivan, we're very happy with our Odyssey.

I was very happy with the whole experience.

No high pressure sales. Just good discussion and answered all of my questions. Willing to listen and adjust prices to reasonable amounts. Gave me ability to work out the deal to my best advantage. My salesman, Richard, was wonderful!
