I continually purchase infinity because of service reps

I continually purchase infinity because of service reps like Isaac. Professional, friendly, hospitable, knowledgeable. He’s a gem for sure!!! I’d hire him in my business which has nothing to do with cars.

Matt, the service advisor, greeted me this morning and

Matt, the service advisor, greeted me this morning and told me it would take one and a half hours to complete the oil change, tire rotation, and wax coating. He was knowledgeable and provided excellent service done on time and I learned that although I thought there was a 5000 mile service… It was actually 7500 but Matt completed the service in the coding. We love this dealership after my son and I both bought INFINITI's.

I bought my Infiniti QX80 new in 2021.

I bought my Infiniti QX80 new in 2021. My warranty was about to expire in February. I was driving the other day and the bolt for my caliper came out of my front break caliper. I was concerned that Infinity might not cover this as I’ve never heard of a bolt breaking out of a caliper. However, Infiniti was able to process this under my bumper-to-bumper four year 60,000 mile warranty. Total repair including replacing my rim was around $6000. Both Andy, the service manager and Isaac my service tech were amazing at walking me through the process and approving the claim. I would highly recommend Infiniti Scottsdale to anyone looking for a new Infiniti vehicle.
