Our Service Advisor Angel provided outstanding service
Our Service Advisor Angel provided outstanding service for our Cherokee. Waiting room is quaint and well stocked with beverages, snacks, and fresh fruit. Being not so far away they shuttled me home for the wait and brought me back to pickup my vehicle. Communication is fantastic w/text of status and phone call to detail/review work done when I was waiting at home. Multi-point service video was detailed/clear and concise. Professional service with good cheer. You're in good hands! Thanks Angel to you and your team!

I went in just to look at Jeep options and ended up
I went in just to look at Jeep options and ended up trading in my 2 vehicles and driving out a brand-new Jeep Wrangler Willys. Joseph Alcantar took care of me .. very professional and knowledgeable about Jeeps and options, he even helped me 'ferry' one of the vehicles I was trading in. I had some after-market parts installed and the parts people were excellent to work with as was Joel Schwerd in the service department. Everybody there was friendly and easy to work with, I'd highly recommend them and I will be returning there for any service I need or (maybe) another Jeep in the future!

One-Star Review: Moore Jeep - Incompetent, Dishonest, and Potentially Illegal Practices! Moore Jeep's service department is an absolute nightmare. They held my Jeep hostage for 8 days for a simple diagnostic with no solution, no repair, no plan, and no offer of a courtesy car. After 8 days, I took my keys back and left. "Angel," the (dis)service rep, guessed a faulty PCM without any testing whatsoever. When I asked for data he admitted they diagnose by replacing parts, hoping to eventually eliminate the problem – a practice that's not only unethical but potentially illegal. Demand to see the data supporting any part replacement! This "exclusion" method has already cost me over $18,000 in 2 years. They needlessly replaced my entire exhaust system, all 4 catalytic converters, and all 4 O2 sensors at the same time! The same P0420 and P0430 codes keep coming back, and they refuse to check for a problem upstream. To add insult to stupidity, Angel said he could get an aftermarket or salvage PCM for #500. I bought one online with a lifetime warranty for $230. I filed a complaint with FCA. Save yourself the headache and avoid this service department.
