    I have been a customer since 2003. The service department has been truthful and efficient. Rick, the service manager, has worked hard to keep my business. I received a new loaner for the day, was called to be informaed of the problem and told the cost. This visit exceeded my expectations.

    Bought A premium vehicle North of $60000. Sales associates was nice at first once the deal progress became sarcastic and condescending. I expected premier service from a premier dealership selling Premium cars and I did not experience that. An assumption made by the sales associate changed the deal at the very last moment after the agreed upon price. A simple verification could have avoided this unnecessary cost. It did not seem to faze the sales associate that the error was made by him but cost me money. The apology was a bit thin and only came after I spoke with the manager. The manager said someone would contact me and see if they could make things "right" in about a week. I received no such contact. I expect integrity and I expect to be treated a bit better spending that much money at a dealership. I don't like an entitled salesman making a mistake and costing me money and the dealership not owning the mistake. A failure to follow up is just insult to the injury. I would not do business at this dealership again.
