I worked with bojan in purchasing a cpo eqs. I purchased from New Jersey without ever visiting so it was a little nervous as it was my first purchase without seeing a vehicle. Bojan and his team were stellar. Also, it took me 3 months to have the car registered in New Jersey and the temporary registration for the car expired in the meantime. bojan did not abandon me even after the sale. He stayed in touch and helped me out. Very different from your typical car salesman experience where after the sale you have no contact. If you are making an online purchase of vehicle like myself, Bojan and scottsdale arizona mercedes is the place to do it.

I had a mixed experience with Mercedes Benz of

I had a mixed experience with Mercedes Benz of Scottsdale. Steve was excellent during the purchase of my new vehicle, but issues arose afterward. Unfortunately, promised documents were sent to the wrong address with incorrect information with my personal information, leading to additional sales tax charges (Which still has not been rectified).Despite reaching out to Ryan in the finance department for resolution, I faced delays and lacked clear answers. The shipping process lacked communication, and overall, the team's follow-up fell short. There was a point where the manager named Mike had to reach out to me to tell me the status of the vehicle and if it had left the dealer. While Steve was helpful, the overall experience was marred by these issues. Additionally I'm not even sure the car was serviced before selling it to me, I took it to a local dealer in my home town for a post purchase inspection and they said it was overdue for oil change and other fluids.. Update: After my review of the dealer, Robert contacted me with an updated buyer's order containing accurate information reflecting the purchase. Additionally, he addressed my concerns regarding the servicing of the vehicle and explained why it wasn't serviced in Arizona, addressing all other issues I had raised.

This was the most amazing car buying experience I have

This was the most amazing car buying experience I have had. Salesperson Lou Gordon was A+++++ they did not have add anything on the vehicle to increase the cost. I highly recommend this dealership and would definitely buy from them again.

Worst place ever.

Worst place ever. A bunch of liars. Don't stand behind their product. And tell you stuff is wrong wirh your car when it isn't just to get extra money from you!!

I bought my first MB from them way back when they were on

I bought my first MB from them way back when they were on 3rd St & Indian School Rd. I just bought my most recent MB from them last month. It is always a joy to purchase a Mercedes as it should be and Tino makes sure of it when you buy with him. -Justin S. PS this is not my place but I must say to the person who paid "8.6% interest", that sounds like sales tax, but if not, who buys anything on credit let alone an expensive automobile without knowing ahead of time what the interest rate will be?! If you are that in the dark perhaps your credit sucks and you dont know that either.

Would not recommend.

Would not recommend. No Sprinter information or willingness to help. Service wouldn't even answer a question related to Sprinters. When they answered the phone, no introduction, just a simple hello so I wasn't even sure I reached the dealership. When I asked if this was MB of Scottsdale, he replied like I was out of line. Poor representation of a dealership.

Professional and knowledgeable MB Dealer in AZ.

I will highly recommend MB Scottsdale to those who want to purchase brand new or second hand MB from. Their services from sales to maintenance are incredibly professional, friendly and open. Even though some inventories are not with them, but they still try the best to arrange and organize with the other MB dealer in order to help you to receive the best service. Sale resp Landon and service manager Dustin are awesome. Because of their services, we have become MB "family".

Predatory Interest Rate

I purchased a new 300 GLC ON A Saturday. I had intended to pay cash for the car but I couldn’t arrange that on a Saturday. I was charged 8.6% APR. I have a FICO score above 800. Neither the dealer or MB would tell me who and how was that rate established. Frustrating and disappointing.
