I drove into Sanderson’s Quick Lane today with a minor

I drove into Sanderson’s Quick Lane today with a minor issue, but one that needed to be seen to. John Carley and his crew were all over it and I was out of there in 10 minutes. They take such good care of my eight-year-old car that I’m not sure I will ever need to replace it, since I am not about new cars, but rather cars that run well and are safe. These guys do that and I am grateful.

I drove into Sanderson’s Quick Lane today with a minor issue, but one that needed to be seen to. John Carley and his crew were all over it and I was out of there in 10 minutes. They take such good care of my eight-year-old car that I’m not sure I will ever need to replace it, since I am not about new cars, but rather cars that run well and are safe. These guys do that and I am grateful.

Review for Chris Garzaran

I could probably count the number of men who pay attention to women who aren't talking about sports, cars or politics. One of them is Chris Garzaran who patiently showed me many cars to get the right fit, size, year, color and model. When I spoke tangentially about many subjects, he was still kind, patient, well-mannered, cute, and considerate. I would, in a heart beat, buy my next Lincoln from Chris.

Purchased a new mkx from Sanderson

Since purchasing our new mkx from Sanderson, we've had anything from tire rotations/repairs to oil changes and recalls handled through their service department . EVERYONE we've dealt with at Sanderson from the receptionist to the sales representative to our maintenance specialist have been outstanding! Even the driver that delivered our car to our house today from routine maintenance work was very personable. Sanderson Lincoln by far is the very best dealership I've ever dealt with!

Purchased a new mkx from Sanderson

Buyer beware

In my 63 years, I have never been so thoroughly disappointed in dealing with a salesman/sales manager. I am so disgusted with the way we were treated by Sanderson's sales mgr, Devarrio, that I wish I could give them ZERO stars. We ordered a new Black Label Lincoln Navigator the end of January. We were trading in 2 of our vehicles, and after agreeing on the price of the trades, we placed a $1000 deposit on the new Navigator. We were told it would take approx 6-8 weeks. It took 13. That was ok....but the disgusting part was that the sales mgr, DeVarrio, decided that our vehicles we had contracted to trade were now mysteriously worth $5500 less. Bear in mind that one of the vehicles had not been driven and the other had an additional 1k miles on it...but still in very good condition. We have purchased many many new vehicles, always pay cash, and have never had a problem...EVER, with the many dealerships we dealt with. I have friends in the car business, and every one of them was astounded at the way this dealership and it's sales mgr conducted this failed transaction Buyer beware is all I can say. Update: 5/18 I rec'd a phone call from another manager on 5/16. He wanted to make things right, if possible. I told him that since this was going to be my wife's car, he should contact her, I wasn't the one to deal with and furthermore I didn't want to deal with them. He asked for contact information, specifically her email address. (DeVarrio already had this contact information). He stated that he wanted to make some calls and see if he could salvage this. To date, my wife has not heard from him or anybody from Sanderson Lincoln. Again....buyer beware.

THE Best in Valley

in 2005 I bought a brand new Ford Taurus car from Sanderson Ford in Glendale. Since then I have had it for the necessary upkeep mostly at Sanderson on Bell Rd. From buying process through repairs, their attitude on customer service is exemplerary to THE VERY BEST.

Bought a used car

I went and viewed a used vechile at Sanderson Lincoln, the car was exactly as decribed, I found it was in almost new condition, even being a 2001 Lincoln Town car. I noticed Sanderson had gone thru the car very nicley checking everything out, since I am a retired mechanic I can find most faults with a car. Andy Broadman was the salesman I dealt with, great person, very easy to deal with. He work with me thru every step of the process. I will gladly return back there when I need another car.

Will never purchase a car anywhere else!!

Until this purchase at Sanderson Lincoln, I disliked shopping for a vehicle almost as much as going to the dentist. Prior to stopping at Sandersons, my wife and I stopped at three other dealerships on Bell Rd. At all three of those dealerships, there were numerous sales persons waiting to pounce on you as soon as you exited your car. They all had the same technique and wanted you to go inside so they could get your information. I knew what I was looking for and figured they didn't need my info if they didn't have what I was looking for. My wife and I decided to stop at Sandersons before heading home. I parked my car in front of the main showroom and to my surprise, no one came out or approached us. My wife stayed in our car and I walked to the area where the used vehicles are displayed. After looking for 20-30 minutes, I found a car that I was interested in. I started walking back to where I had parked and met my wife, who was now with a sales person, who introduced himself as Andy Broadman. I asked Andy about the car that I had found. It was a beautiful, certified preowned 2013 Lincoln MKX. It was just what we were looking for. Andy arranged for us to take a test drive and afterward we decided to discuss purchasing the vehicle. After a painless negotiation we completed the necessary paperwork. During an inspection of the car, there were several small items that required attention. Andy said that he would take care of the items and would call me when he could get it into the service department. The following week, I received a call from the service department and was told to bring my car in and that I would be given a loaner car while my work was performed. I cannot say enough about how concerned this organization is about the satisfaction of their customers. They really go above and beyond. My next car will definitely come from Sanderson Lincoln and I highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new car. Thank you Andy
