Excellent Service Department. Professional, courteous and excellent updates on status of my vehicle. I’ve been a satisfied customer for 30+ years.

I've bought several cars here. I continue to get my car serviced here because the pricing is competitive and my car is serviced by a factory trained mechanic. They have always treated me fairly whether I'm purchasing a vehicle or just in for service.

Had issues getting a hold of a service representative and also I wish the representative would have been a bit more helpful, but the service performed was done right. In the past they would clean the car but this time they did not.

AutoNation and our salesman Seyed made our car buying experience very pleasant. My wife and I had a very specific idea of what color, options and details we wanted in our 4Runner. It took a couple of months for them to find exactly what we wanted , but it was well worth the wait. We highly recommend AutoNation Tempe and ask for Seyed he will treat you right.

They were fast and it was easy, they have a nice waiting area and a shuttle to take you wherever you want if it’s close enough :)

Impossible to get a hold of service rep for vehicle updates. I left voicemails for several days in a row without a call back. Even after I was told that the supervisor would call me back, I never heard back from them.

Fast and friendly service, easy check in/check out. Short wait time to drop off and pick up.

Rich Taylor is our contact person. He has been very helpful and easy to work with. He always returns calls. Gets us scheduled quickly and as close to when we can come. Appreciate him. He estimates the time the work will take closely so we don't have to 'wonder how long'. Will continue to come back to the Toyota dealership. Thanks Rick!
