Great experience

I initially inquired about a car over the internet. I made an appointment after I looked at their inventory and liked the prices. I drove up from Saturday and met Derrick. He was excellent. No pressure and answered all my questions. Not a lot of waiting-the entire transaction (including a trade in) lasted only a couple hours. The finance guy gave a real hard sell on the extended warranty, gap coverage, etc that was rather uncomfortable. I had to say no more than a few times and he seemed almost put out that I didn't buy anything. But all in all a great experience and I'd buy there again.

Super Easy Car Buying Experience

I was having some issues with a used car I purchased from CarMax. Joe Johnson at Toyota Tempe got me set up in a brand new car with hardly any hassle. It was a worry free experience with no pressure. I would highly recommend Toyota Tempe to anyone looking to purchase a vehicle!!!

Excellent Car Buying Experience

I was having issues with a used car I purchased from CarMax. Joseph Johnson at Toyota Tempe heard my issues and put me in a brand new version of my car. I had a total hassle free time and really appreciate how easy it was to go through the whole process. I would highly recommend Toyota Tempe to ANYONE looking for a hassle free car buying experience!!!

Nightmare dealing with finance!

Dealing with their Finance department has been a nightmare due to an utter lack of communication. It has taken them more than a MONTH to settle the remaining balance on my trade in vehicle and I am now facing possible late fees.

Buyers experience

This last Sunday,April 13 2014 my wife and I went to the autonation Scion dealer in Tempe Az.The day before I spoke to the sales representative J Patterson.Jay was straight forward with regards to the pricing of the vehicle I was interested in.We spoke about the "out the door price" that is all fees all taxes the absolute price I would be expected to pay for the vehicle I was interested in.He quoted me a price and followed that up with an E-mail that confirmed that total cost.I accepted that proposal and we went into the dealership the next day.The price was exactly the same as quoted.I was pleasantly shocked.After buying other new cars I was fully expecting to see many other "charges" added after I thought I had agreed to a "firm" quote.However this dealer held true to their word, and price quote.This was the least stressful car buying experience I have ever had.I would recommend them to my family! Exceptional Service - Financial Service Team

My wife and I purchased a new 2014 Toyota 4 runner and was considering an extended warranty. As retired seniors we were concerned about the cost. I contacted Robert Light in the Financial Services department who answered my call (no voice message) and discussed the options. We were surprised as to the reasonable cost of the extended warrant for 8 years and 100,000 miles. Surprisingly, Robert also gave to me his personal cell phone number to call back if I had any questions. A really nice personal touch and super customer service. We visited the dealer the next morning and with the assistance of Charles Baciqalupi we purchased the extended warranty. The process took only 10 minutes. Now, our entire family (son, daughter and us) have Toyota 4 Runners. THIS DEALERSHIP PROVIDES EXCEPTIONAL SERIVCE (I know because I tried calling the others at first). By the way, the 4- Runner has an exceptional ride and state-of the-art features.

We had been shopping for months trying to decide among a Kia Sorento, a Mazda CX-9, and a Hyundai Santa Fe. The last car we considered was the 2014 Toyota Highlander. After much deliberation and test driving, Autonation Toyota in Tempe won by a long shot. They were, by far, the most informative and accommodating of all of the dealerships we visited. We did the True Car buying process and had all of the Toyota dealers in the “Valley of the Sun” competing for our business as well as three Toyota dealers in Las Vegas. Jason was the first to greet us the first time we visited the dealership. We were interested in using the internet sales group. This is when Laurence got involved and he made the entire process so simple. From the first e-mail and phone call to Laurence, everything has been handled in an unbelievably good fashion and true professionalism. We have purchased a lot of cars over the years and the only purchase experience that comes close was when we purchased a Mercedes in California. The treatment we received from Laurence far exceeded that experience. We felt so welcome every time we visited the dealership and there was absolutely no pressure. We special ordered the Highlander Limited on a handshake. We loved this! This is what brings the fun into the car buying process. We had several “special circumstances” and Laurence handled all of them quickly and professionally. We actually almost felt as though we were being a pain in his side. All he kept saying is, “We’re here to help.” Even the people in the finance department made this easier than we’ve ever experienced. This is absolutely the best car buying experience we have ever had and when it’s time to replace our 2004 Solara, there will be no need to shop - we will go straight to Autonation Toyota in Tempe. The night we took delivery of the Highlander, Laurence and Jason stayed overtime to meet us and personally showed us all of the features and uses of some amazing technology. Our thanks to the entire staff and especially to Laurence, Kirby, Jason, and Tom.

AutoNation Toyota Tempe

I an a first time buyer of a new veh. the people at Autonation Toyota Tempe az went above and beyond any auto dealer. You all know in can be a long and painful time. But Russ in sales and Ivan in finance made it a joy. They made feel like person not a credit score number. They went above blue book on my trade in, and gave me more then expected price on my new Toyota Tacoma, if not for there hard work and effort I would not be driving my first new veh. and best of all they stayed right in my monthly payment range. If your looking to buy new or used go no where except here.

I am a first time new car buyer. The experience I had with this dealer has given new meaning to buying a veh. Russ in sales and Ivan in finance. they went way and above there jobs. I am a disabled vet. and have building credit, they treated me by who I am not my credit score number. the deal they gave me for trade in,( $3000.00 above blue book) and the lowered the price on the 2014 Toyota Tacoma by great deal, put me in my first new 2014 veh. ever. there sales and finance team are the best in AZ. Do not by any other place to buy a car or truck.

BEST car BUYING EXPERIENCE EVER!!!!!!!!

Absolutely the easiest car buying experience I've ever had!! Being a woman alone , I was expecting to be pressured and low balled . I saw the TV commercial. And believe me it is true! They was no pressure in any way,. ! I did hesitate cause I wasn't sure about going from an SUV to a smaller car (Prius) . The response was. Would I like to drive the Prius overnight and then decide.. No strings attached! Once I had the Prius , the Prius had me! Went back that night and closed the deal. I had visited another Toyota dealer nearer to home and What a difference. Their offer was ridiculous, and their staff ,I felt, indifferent . Anyway , I highly recommend you visit this dealership ,meet the staff ,and drive your desired vehicle.. More than likely you will go no further!! Thank you Jason James, Mike Farrell and Laurence ( who patiently showed me all the bells and whistles) I love my new car, and I had fun at the dealership! Go there , YOU WILL save money!!
