My appointment to get My Ridgeline serviced was at 9:00.

My appointment to get My Ridgeline serviced was at 9:00. They got me in at 9. Said the service would take about 2 hours. And they were right on. The waiting room was comfortable, they had water for those of waiting. I would recommend all Honda owners to take their vehicles to Showcase Honda.

Devin was wonderful.

Very easy to deal with - didn’t feel like the manager was trying to upsell me on things I didn’t need. He was able to get me to my numbers and do my trade-in so easily - thanks!

Had a pretty good experience at Showcase Honda.

Had a pretty good experience at Showcase Honda. Cedric is the best sales rep ive ever met. Really friendly guy. Down to earth. No xx. Someone u invite to your BBQ. Highly recommend Cedric. Even the other sales guys outside were pretty cool and i wasnt even their customer. The only reason I give honda showcase a 4/5 instead of 5/5 is becasue when I test drove the car I couldnt tell. The Rotors were warped bc of the highway rough road. I didnt really notice. But the real reason I took 1 star is because when i brought it back to get it fixed they test drove and tried to tell me nothing was wrong with it. I had to insist to double check it and it ended up being warped. And luckily they fixed it

Overall service was fine.

Overall service was fine. Oil change was fine (of course tried to sell more but that comes with the territory). There is a coupon online for an oil change that seems to always be there. They only give you that price if you show the coupon. If the coupon is always there, on the website, why not just charge that price? The main issue I had was that it appears either some one ran into the car with something or ran the car into something. I didn’t notice it until I got home but the front left bumper had scuff marks on it that were not there when I took it in. (They will come off with some elbow grease, but overall, they’re still there).
