This is the worst dealership when it comes to financing

This is the worst dealership when it comes to financing I’ve ever encountered in my life and I bought over 20 cars used and new. They do not return your calls. They do not give you the correct information and I’m filing a complaint with a Better Business Bureau.

Process started easy.

Process started easy. Price on the car was good no issues. Dom and Steven in sales were great. Dave L. In finance he gave false information on the rate. He was chatty to begin with but once we did not buy a warranty he was very unprofessional. We started out with a higher estimated rate then the rate came in lower. Dave then wanted to add a warranty to keep the same payment. We said no politely several times. He said to get the lower rate we needed to take the warranty he even printed the deal documents with the warranty added. He then got offended when I looked at the purchase order and put us hand on the documents. I said I’m looking at the information and the lower rate from the bank is the rate regardless if I purchased a warranty. He then left and said he would set the rate back to the higher original rate. I told him that’s now how it works. I’ve been in banking and credit myself for 25 years unbelievable. To make matters worse his conduct was not a one on one interaction but with my wife, daughter and her boyfriend. Dave then went to get a manager I believe was Carlos. I repeated the information Carlos said I was exactly right the rate offered by the bank is mine regardless of if I buy a warranty. Dave was going to finish the signing but I asked Carlos to complete them do the the unprofessional actions of Dave. Dave completely misrepresented the dealer and the lender in trying to make a buck and I couldn’t entertain the behavior anymore. This vehicle was for my daughter who just recently totaled her vehicle. Thanks to Carlos in finance, Dom & Steven in sales.

Brandon and Enzo went above and beyond. The customer service was outstanding! I would definitely recommend Van Chevrolet. The process was quick and organized. Fantastic dealership.

We were met at the car.

We were met at the car. The young man took us right to the salesman we had an appointment with. The car we were looking at was exactly like we expected. The salesman was very polite and courteous. We had a very good experience
