Dealership was not very honest with me on the papers I

Dealership was not very honest with me on the papers I was signing. I took the car home and. A week later, they called me back and told me that they needed me to sign more papers knowing that I came there was no papers for me to sign. They spot on told me that I didn’t get approved for the car when I signed a bunch of papers, they said that I also was given a preapproval. It didn’t mean that I got approved for the car. So when I was to return the car back to them, they didn’t let me know in advance so that I can be prepared or at least come with somebody to help me. my car so I was alone by myself with my daughter on 110° to remove the items from my car I was not helped with to remove the items from my car. I had to do it by myself very horrible and bad experience. I will never recommend to buy a car from them and always double check on your papers and ask a lot of questions because they get very mad when you ask questions.

The dealership made the buying process fairly easy and very fast. I didn't like having to buy a truck with "Dealership" add ons that seemed overpriced but they did make it right in the final price.

Brian worked hard to get us the best deal possible. We got a reasonable offer for our trade in, flexible terms for our financing, and our vehicle was prepared and ready as promised. We have no complaints about van chevrolet, and this is the second vehicle we bought from you folks in 5 years. I would recommend them to anyone.
