I worked with Trent Purdue while purchasing a used car. I was totally dreading the possibility of dealing with pushy salesmen. I was greeted in the parking lot. We walked the lot until I found what I was looking for. He was well informed, answered all my questions and didn’t mind if I needed to hear the answer more than once. He had the whole process down whether it was financing the car or buying out right. I could tell he really loved his job and was happy to help me. I will totally consider going back for my next car! great service, clean facilities

Helpfulness of personnel in assisting with figuring out the best solution. Wasn't sure if the tire could be repaired or needed to be replaced; also price to repair vs. replacing cost efficiency vs. treadwear of thr other tires.

Calm, informative and patient representative

Always choose Beck

My hybrid battery was under warranty. Service people replaced at no charge. Beck has always been very fair in dealing with me.
