I had a very marvelous experience at Don Hinds Ford....

I had a very marvelous experience at Don Hinds Ford. Everyone was so nice and friendly and was offering us beverages. Josh Mihalovic was great he sold me my car and was very enthusiastic and friendly. He also wasn’t just being overly nice to try to sell us something like you would expect at a car dealership you could tell he was genuinely a fun and nice person and we didn’t feel pressured into making a decision.

I purchased the car on EBay I have made several...

I purchased the car on EBay I have made several purchases from other Dealers on EBay This car was definitely not described anything like the condition of this sled It has a loud exhaust but was not told that there were no converters and just straight exhaust The inside door handle is destroyed The pictures did not show that the paint was needed on the hood and trunk On the way home, I had a blow out and had to replace all 4 tires because they were not safe and they were the wrong size There is oil in the radiator which was found when I had the oil changed These are some issues which should have been described better in the notes on EBay I feel like I was really done wrong I certainly do not trust the judgement of the Don Hinds Ebay representative This car is so far gone that I have no idea what to do with it as far as costs go I have bought many cars in my days and never have I been deceived so badly about a vehicle I’m open to any and all advice

The online sales manager did everything possible to make...

The online sales manager did everything possible to make the sale fair and as advertised. The on-site sales person and manager were less than helpful - no warranty information provided, no copies of papers I signed, and the car was sold with a defective part which they refused to make right.

They took me in for an oil change without having an appointment. Everyone was kind, they also took the time to remind me that I had a free oil change through Ford.

Contacted dealership about a used vehicle I wanted to...

Contacted dealership about a used vehicle I wanted to buy. They said it needed parts to be road worthy and would contact me when I could test drive it. I stayed in contact over the next week checking on the status of the vehicle. Sarah Bolen then contacted me and I asked about the vehicle and she told me they sold it before they notified me it was ready. This is not any way to run a business. I will never buy a vehicle from this place.
