John has been my service advisor for over 5 years. He listens and answers my concerns. His recommendations are based on his experience not just what the recommended services in the manual. He has assisted me in making wise service decisions. You are kept informed and work is completed as promised. Dealership is clean and has a nice waiting. Coffee, snacks, and dog treats are provided.

Every step of the process was transparent and stress-free. Everyone we interacted with, including the sales manger CJ Mantel and finance manager Jim Bowden, were great to work with as well. Lisa and Tony in the service department were very helpful with my recent service on my 128i. Tony constantly kept me updated as to the status of the necessary repairs. The initial multi point inspection was through and determined that I needed Cylinder Head Assembly- Valve Cover: Quote for full assembly per advisor request, replace cover assembly with new gaskets The Valve Cover provides protection to the camshafts and other cylinder head components from outside elements such as dirt and debris found in any environment. It also prevents engine oil from splashing into the engine bay. Although not cheap the repairs were necessary. No more burnt oil smell and nothing dripping on my garage floor. Thanks to Tony and the entire service department staff at D&R, great job!

They charged $1672.
They charged $1672.62 for repairs that did not fix the issue at all. They refused to admit that the work they did was incorrect. Don't have your car repaired there!

Looked at the car and drove it.
Looked at the car and drove it. Really loved the car. Made an offer and the salesman said no. That was it. We left and half way home they countered by text. Mind you I live 2.5 hours from there so definitely not turning around to counteroffer. Not the way I would do business. I would go somewhere else.
