Bought a used SUV from this dealership and has been the worst experience. The salesman told us the windshield had been replaced due to a rock chip. We... got it home that day (after the rain had stopped) and noticed the rock chip was still there AND there was a crack coming of off the chip. We immediately called and sent pictures but kept getting the run around. I’ve asked for the service records and updated Carfax to prove that they, in-fact, replaced the windshield and have received nothing! I believe at this point any documentation given to us will have been fabricated or falsified just to get us to ‘go away.’ The listed condition of this vehicle was absolutely false and I believe intentional and fraudulent. I have spoken several times to the salesman and manager and have gotten zero answers. Very disappointed in the entire experience and I will NEVER again buy another vehicle from this dealership. The salesman was Matt Douglas and manager Bob Heman.

The sales team at this location was horrible. It was obvious that we were pre-judged coming into the store. We were asked to lie on the survey and say... things were done that weren’t. When the purchase did not happen, we were accused of negatively impacting the sales person’s ability to provide for his family. Suggestion- treat customers with respect and maybe your sales would go through. You control your income, not any customer.

I posted below about the poor service I had been receiving trying to purchase a vehicle. As with other posts, Kyle Luther responded to contact him. I... sent Kyle an email with what I wanted, and....... nothing. Ironically the car I was interested in is still on the lot. Hope the owner reads these.

I am very concerned about the moral ethics of this dealership. My friend purchased a vehicle brand new Cadillac from this dealership. She uses her vehicle... for transportation services. The salesman Shawn, who is no longer with the dealership, sold her the vehicle. They had spoke several times about the car she needed because she is a commercial driver. When she went into the dealership to purchase the vehicle she reiterated to Shawn that she was a driver. He found the vehicle for her and had all the paperwork ready for her to come in and sign. She signed the mounds of paperwork and drove off the lot. Fast forward a couple of months and someone hit her and totaled the car. She was told that when she purchased the vehicle the wrong box was checked by the salesman and she wasn’t covered commercially for her GAP coverage. The box was not checked manually but done by computer. Now my hardworking friend has an astronomical insurance bill to pay, $8,000.00. Tim Dunlap the finance manager stated she had been treated unfairly. That is an understatement. Be very weary when using this dealership. #lockhartcadillac #cadillac #customerservicecadillac

Had a car that was a trim level above what I was looking for. I was emailed back that they could work some numbers for me. Said OK a day later, and only... get canned replies. Told them I was out of town, but keep getting emails about when can I come see the car. Finally gave up. Car still listed for sale on website.
