If you’re locking for upscale customer service, like you

If you’re locking for upscale customer service, like you would expect from a Cadillac dealer, Lockhart will not be the place to get it. Typically, if you need to communicate with them, you can expect to call 8-10 times, and even then they may not return your call. I’ve witnessed this from the customer service desk all the way to management. I’ve repeatedly been disappointed in Lockhart over the last year and I’ve owned Cadillacs for several decades.

If you’re expecting upscale service from a Cadillac

If you’re expecting upscale service from a Cadillac dealer, you won’t find it with Lockhart. As a Cadillac owner for several decades, this dealership has been going downhill for some time. If you need to communicate with them for anything, from completing a purchase to simple follow up, expect to have to make 10-12 calls before they bother to get back to you. The whole dealership has become very disappointing. It’s unfortunate they are the only game in town.

Words can't even describe how mad I am at Scott Dawson &

Words can't even describe how mad I am at Scott Dawson & Gerald Collins. Since 9AM I was trying to give a deposit and lock up a 2021 Cadillac Escalade ESV Sport out of state & over the phone, but unfortunately Gerald moved so slow that another buyer came in and grabbed the car while he took 7 hours to send me the information and paperwork. Every step in the process took 2 hours for a call back and I sat there contemplating going over him and calling a manager, but I stayed patient and respective, and it completely backfired on me. I was a ready, willing, and able buyer and he fell asleep at the wheel. I was so excited about this truck and the package that it offered. I blocked off my whole day to be attentive for this deal only to be told at 4:00 that it was “just sold”. I do not recommend this dealership at all. Very un professional and terrible customer service. Very very disappointed

12/28/24I am truly amazed at the lack of customer service

12/28/24I am truly amazed at the lack of customer service and disrespect I received Saturday morning. I scheduled an oil change. I came in and was greeted, checked in and sent to the waiting lounge. A few minutes later a young man comes to get me, informing me my card was declined on Dec 2 when you were trying to auto renew my service plan. I explained I just renewed in March, 2024. He gets another young man. This young man tells me something about me being grandfathered. I’m still waiting on an explanation for why I need to pay again when the young lady who set me up told me I was good until March, 2025. Then I’m told they are not sure if it’s $108 or $158. I said I will not give you my card and not sure what I’m being charged for. I’m not supposed to pay again until March,2025 and you apparently do not understand what grandfathered means. I can’t be grandfathered and charged additional charges. I am also not responsible for your staff not setting my account up correctly. I asked the price for just an oil change. He responded $85 to which I said wow. So on top of I was not aware of auto-renewal, account being set up incorrectly, rude service folks, not aware of price increases. I am very upset and truly disappointed in Cadillac. Then to be told I’m either going to pay $85.00 or $158.00. How dare you!

Great sales and service.

Great sales and service. My service advisor Connor is the best. Had a situation under warranty and it was handled professionally by a very knowledgeable tech names Brice. Good people.
