We just sold our home in Indy and we’re headed to Las Vegas to start new jobs. Of course a new car was on the todo list. Our expectations were blown away by Braxton and team leader Andrew. We have never had so much fun at a dealership before. Braxton took his time walking us around the lot really listening to our wants needs and feedback. We were at the dealership for a few hours looking at almost everything and not once did we feel like it were being push to do anything we didn’t want to do. We were very blessed to have Braxton as our main contact, he is smart funny and very personable. You are truly lucky to have someone like him on your team. You can tell he has great leadership from Andrew and that Andrew is willing to teach Braxton to be successful. Great team! Thank you for all you did for us!

This was my very first time purchasing a car from a dealership and they put me at ease and made my car buying experience great.

This was my second car purchase experience at Ray Skillman, Duane Reed sold me a car several years back and was great to do business with, so when a new purchase was necessary after a vehicle accident I gave him a call. Duane has since moved into the finance department, but he introduced me to Andrew Slinkard who worked with me to find a great replacement vehicle. He was a top-notch salesman friendly, knowledgeable and eager to help, without being obtrusive. I also worked briefly with Joe Dollar, Andrew's manager (I believe) who I hope was just having an "off" night, as he was a bit condescending in his approach. In fact, when I requested to have a vehicle brought over from another location to test drive, (which Duane had done for me in the past), Joe said they couldn't just bring vehicles over so people could drive them and then not make a purchase. However, Andrew intervened smoothed over Joe's general dismissive attitude, picked up the car for me and as it turned out that was the exact car I purchased. Andrew truly made the test-drive/ car selection experience a pleasure. Duane worked me in finance and did an excellent job explaining the different options, helping me through the loan process, and pointing me toward the warranty/ insurance products that best fit my needs. I would definitely steer prospective car buyers toward Andrew and Duane they both demonstrate an excellent balance of professionalism and friendliness in their interactions.

This is the 2nd vehicle we have purchased from Ray Skillman and with a staff like Slikard, Joe & Chase I'm sure we will be back for for the third too. GREAT CREW - Keep up the good work guys & thank you so much for a job well done. William

We had a great experience! We came in late but was never rushed. We were checked on several times but not in that "I need to make a sale" kind of way. Colleagues were eager to answer any questions about other cars that our service representative was unsure of. Highly recommend Ray Skillman Mitsubishi!
