DO NOT PURCHASE A CAR FROM BRAMAN MIAMI
I don't ever write reviews but for this I had too. If you are reading this review..... DO NOT GO HERE. Seriously do yourself favor and walk away! First off, I am from Key West, Fl. (I have to drive 3 hours to get to the Miami Braman dealership) after viewing a used 2015 convertible Mini Cooper, I loved it. But there was scratches on the side of it and I said I would like it fixed before I purchased the car. My saleswoman, Juana Cruz, assured me that it would be fixed by the time I came back the next weekend to buy it. After driving another 3 hours to buy the car, as you could probably guess... the scratches were still there. Juana said I could come up another weekend to get it fixed. (Like if I have all the time in world to keep going back and forth to Miami) I was upset but since I already drove 3 hours and was so excited for the car I chose to believe her. I asked to get it in writing that she would fix the scratches. (I got a hand written note) Also, she only had one key to the vehicle. She said she would ship the spare key and the AUX cord that goes to the car to my house. After about 3 weeks after purchasing the car, and no key. I called MULTIPLE times to no answer and she finally answered and said she would ship it that week. About a month later I finally received my spare key. (Still have yet to receive that AUX cord). Next, I got a nail in my tire last month and I took it in to a local dealership in Key West to get it patched. I was kindly told that all 4 of my tires’ tread were dangerously low. Mind you I just bought this car in MARCH 2018 and I took it in, in JULY 2018. I texted Juana and told her this and she swears to me that the car had all new ties put on before I purchased the car. (Now she really means to tell me that I wore my tires out in 5 months living on a 2x4 island….) OK. I haven’t even put a 1,000 miles on it yet. So after all of this.. I go to get in my car yesterday and it won’t start. My battery died. I have to spend another $350 dollars at local dealership down here to fix it. (I must of burnt out a new battery in 5 months as well). Moral of the story… take your money else where and save yourself the headache and your money.

I have experienced excellent customer service from Braman Mini of Miami. From the impeccable professionalism I encountered approximately 7 years ago when I purchased my last car, to working with the courteous Service Advisors throughout the years who took care of my vehicle, their team of professionals are fantastic. On this basis, when I decided to change my vehicle this year, Braman Mini of Miami was the first stop on my list when shopping around for a new car. The Motoring Advisor and the team of representatives who worked with me during the buying process are awesome. Im so pleased with my new car and again, the customer service, professionalism and courtesy that they deliver is exceptional.

Little fish in a big pond
I came into the dealership is a modest budget looking for a used car. I was promptly greeted by Sales professional Jorge. He engaged with me and walked me thru several options. Once a desition was made the business manager was all business and we completed the transaction with great efficiency. Next day when an engine light came on, no problem, got right into service and out the door I went again. Completely satisfied with the experience.

Braman the Best!!
Jesus Pimienta is a great salesman.He helped us before with my husbandsX6 M and now we bought a M240i for me! The car is beautifuland the purchasing process was fast! My husband has bought 6 Bmws with Braman already since 2003.. We love Braman BMW! And in December my husbands X6M will be turned in for another one as Lease will be up. Thanks Braman!!
