Great customer service

Anxiety had built up due to a lot of questions and concerns that I had about servicing and repairs of my car, all that anxiety disipated as my questions were answered and my car got the service needed. I really felt like living the " Customer is king" culture

Overall I can say I'm 100% satisfied with Braman Motors. Customer service it's amazing and benefits the best on the market. A pleasure to fell safe having a Braman's car. As well I would like to mention Joavana Toledo as well Ryan the manager who shows how passionate he is about his job and provides the bestttttttt customer service that I ever had in any company. I only had a problem once for lack of knowledge and emphaty from couple employees but Ryan made almost forget about it. Makes me feel safe to know that he will be there if any happens. I'm almost done on my lease but definitely I will stay either with Mini or may switch to bmw. But I won't ever leave Braman :) Thanks for The amazzoni team

Review of the Purchase of my BMW with Justin

Justin, Is an exceptional member of the Braman Team. He kept in contact with me on a weekly basis. Offering me several options regarding my credit history. finally I was able to purchase my car which was ONE of goals for 2016 thanks to Justin. I do have have some pending body work that needs to be done to my vehicle we were pending the color of the paint and I will also have the tints done at Braman BMW, To be honest I purchase the car at Braman BMW because of Justin follow up and that fact he showed me he really cared. Maruf... Great Service !! I had a loaner,clean and nice.the girls were super fast and helpful.the only thing is that my car was not cleaned when they returned to me. Rest was amazing as always.

ELMER ORELLANA, MY CUSTOMER SERVICE REP WAS AMAZING. SINCE THIS WAS MY FIRST VISIT TO THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT HE MADE SURE THAT I UNDERSTOOD THE PROCEDURES AND THE WAIT TIME WAS MINIMAL AND WITHIN THE ESTIMATED SERVICE TIME. ALL IN ALL EVERYONE THAT GREETED ME GAVE ME THE RESPECT OF A ROLLS ROYCE CUSTOMER. A PLUS!!!

Annualy Service Appointment / Maintenance

Giovanna is an excellent customer service representative. Always very attentive and responsive to detail and issues/concerns. She works very hard to ensure that she checks for all and any issues during the yearly service/maintenance appointment (i.e. tires, washer fluid, other checklist items, issues, etc.).
