Seamless Service Experience

My BMW needed emergency service on Tuesday and I was...

My BMW needed emergency service on Tuesday and I was miles from home. When I pulled up to BMW dealership a kind gentleman named Waleed informed me that the service area was at another building. He helped me find it and connected me with Maico. Maico was amazing in helping take the stress and concern away about getting my car repaired. The level of customer care that I was provided at Braman definitely superseded the BMW dealership where I purchased my car. Thank you Waleed and Maico William for having the compassion and assertion to resolve customer problems quickly and get the job done!!

awesome sales team

The sales person Hansel and sales Mgr Hugo made the difference. The product sells it self we all know, the quality and luxury of BMW.. the finance team , paper pushers , risk analyst nerds from some remote office made the deal unnecessary bitter and unnatracftive.it was the dedication and effort of this two individuals ( and my strong will to own a bimmer) that made it happen...I am in hospitality myself and know that this people in the forefront with the company tshirt are the strongest assets you have and I hope they take the credit of your success
