Mr.Carlos Uz As we stated in response to your previous 3 reviews,our goal is to provide every customer with professional, courteous, and respectful service. We understand that you have expressed concerns regarding your experiences with our dealership, as well as with other businesses. While we respect your right to share your opinions, we do not agree with the characterization of the events that occurred during your visit. Unfortunately, during your interaction with our staff, your behavior toward our employees and fellow customers was disruptive and included comments that we considered inappropriate and disrespectful. As a result, we made the decision to refuse further service, which is a right we reserve when interactions become abusive or hostile. We take all customer feedback seriously and continuously work to improve our operations. At the same time, we have an obligation to provide a safe and respectful environment for our employees and customers, and we will always support our team when they are subjected to unacceptable treatment. We wish you the best moving forward
Your response is filled with lots of holes. Let me teach you a lesson in Business and Customer Service and im going to never again recommend, think and etc Braman Honda. And for the record. I love Norman Braman, hes a Community Legend, but you all are terrible. This could have been all avoided, if you had Compentent Service workers, and not give me the run around. Then Oscarito comes and instead of being a Smart ass, he should have done what a real good Customer Service and or Manager would do? HEY HI THERE, PLEASE HOW MAY I HELP YOU? WHAT SEEMS TO BE THE PROBLEM? CAN I FIX THIS? IN A CALM DEMEANER, THATS HOW IT GETS DONE AND I WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN TRIGGERED TO REACT NEGATIVELY, NOT BE A SILENT SMART ASS. This bad experience happened to a Well Known Media Person like myself and let me tell you? From my last report i did on this? You lost customers. I be happy to share the responses with you? You could have handled this differently and de-escalated this with me and you wouldnt be in this mess. So in closing. The hell with Oscar the terrible and you all.
