Carman Ford-Lincoln

We were researching and driving some of the cars we thought we were interested in when out lease ended in June. The guys worked up a deal on a Lincoln MKX that we couldn't walk away from and we are now sporting a new snazzy car!

I returned to see Greg Grimaldi as he handled my two prior dealings with Carman group. No matter how busy the dealership is Greg makes me feel important. He addressed all my queries. Robert as manager did a solid job explaining the additional warranty but with a great product like fusion titanium, no need to strong sell after I said no thanks. Not annoying but dropping price to Han xxx add'l warranty was not pleasant.

We have been buying cars from Carman for 20 some years and would not think to go anywhere else. The sales team is great. Dan Shine went out of his way to make sure we were satifisfied and got the best deal. From the owners to the salespeople and the service department we have always been completely satisfied and happy with all our deals

I had been to a number of different car dealerships in Delaware. I had given up on finding a car that was right for me. I told myself before we went to Carman that this was the last stop. You know what they say; you saved the best for last! We had the best experience ever, I got the car I wanted and our salesmen JJ went above and beyond to make sure that we got everything we needed! I will only buy my cars from JJ at Carman Ford! I'm telling everyone I know to go to Carman Ford in see JJ the best salesman ever!

When we visited the dealership to look at and test drive the SUV we found on the internet, the price was the same as quoted to us in advance of our visit. Our sales associate, Scott, was excellent, He was friendly, relaxed, and knowledgeable. We got the car at an excellent price and we also got a good value for our trade-in vehicle. The entire process went smoothly. The car is wonderful and we are thrilled with it!

We test drove two vehicles and I really liked our sales associate. He was very knowledgeable, not pushy, and most importantly, talked to me AND my husband. This was very important to me. We worked with another dealership where the sales associate only talked to my husband and did not even acknowledge me - even though the car was for me! Everything went pretty smooth - no complaints!

It is my pleasure to write a review for Carman Ford and Gregg Grimaldi. Gregg did an outstanding job providing us with all the information on the vehicle and test driving the vehicle. He was just super, a nice guy, easy to talk to and absolutely no xxxxxx business. I appreciate a man who represents himself and his business with honesty and integrity. Everyone seemed eager to help the two women who came into the dealership. I was happy at first but a series of problems and a defective vehicle have left me bereft.
