I had a very favorable experience at this dealership. Rob was courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. He went into my account and told me what I needed for my car. I appreciated this help so that I can feel safer driving, knowing my car is ok.

Always been against making payments on a vehicle but... My representative Rebecca was awesome, she explained everything clearly. Got me into the vehicle I truly wanted and not the I was looking at. Five Stars

I had a good experience.

I had a good experience. I was not made aware that I needed to put 1000$ down as per my previous conversation with the sales agent. I made it clear I did not want to put money down and was assured the day before that my application was good. However, that was not the truth. I still got the vehicle but would like clear transparency in the future.

I requested a transmission fluid change along with the

I requested a transmission fluid change along with the transmission fluid filter change however they came back halfway through the process and indicated that they were going to do a flush. The particular make and model of car I brought in has a history of transmission fluid issues and a fluid change with the filter change is the indicated response.
