This is our 5th new car we have bought from Nucar. Or sales person Jacob was great. He kept us in the loop while we waited for our Tahoe to arrive. He made the buying process as quick and painless as possible. Karen as usual was super helpful. We will definitely return.

Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful when selling me
Jacob was very knowledgeable and helpful when selling me a truck. I had to bring my baby with me during the transaction and he was very understanding and attending to my families needs. He and his manager checked on me, my wife, and mg son multiple times to make sure we were good and if we needed anything. When test driving the truck, Jacob was showing me features, answering questions, and being very personable. At times I forgot I was talking to a salesman. I would purchase a vehicle from him again in the future.

Deceptive Dealership
Was picking up new 2023 Z71 and Immediately noticed paint damage to roof and hood and damage to dash trim. After vehicle was detailed. Chris Castner and Jacob Madden stated it was rail dust and truck would have to be wet sanded. But it’s on the lot for sale two days after, I believe they are hoping the next person won’t notice. And the sad part is dealership or owner has not reached out to me yet.
