Did a nice job.

Did a nice job. People were friendly and efficient Nick the tech knew my vehicle I bought the truck there and it was a good experience The one thing I will say is glow plugs should last more than 15 thousand miles. A gm thing. Nucar has good service. 👍

The people I interacted with in the bay were clueless,

The people I interacted with in the bay were clueless, gave me a hard time for no apparent reason, I asked could I just leave the vehicle for an oil change, and was told it’s not gonna happen, I thought it kinda strange, so I went inside and spoke to the lady at the window and was told I definitely can leave my truck for service, so between the rude guy in the bay and the window needs to be addressed! Everything else was the way a customer should be treated! Would I purchase another truck from there, absolutely not, but for service I think I would call first to avoid people who are clueless as to how things are done around this buisness!

God awful worst service department.

God awful worst service department. No diagnosis after having my vehicle for 7 days. And wouldn’t return my phone calls when they said they would.
